- Your great employee is always late? Before you hand out warning notices you should know that there are several other options to discipline an employee who is always late before it comes to a warning or even firing him.

A project manager from Ukraine telling you thanks! Experience that cost a lot of time, but you gives it for us free. Thank you very much!
Thanks for your feedback. I am happy that my videos are helpful.
I really enjoyed this one! And the acting was just spot on! A+++
Thanks
Great video. Learn a lot
Great! Thanks!
Its been a while since a video. This is great! Same approach applies to the really good employee who likes to bend the rules in other areas
Yes, that's true!
Fantastic video!
Thanks Mike!
Great videos, thank you!
Thanks
Thank you, Bernd! This helps a lot (while being even more entertaining).
Thanks!
learning a lot from you thanks for the videos :)
Good to hear. Thanks!
This video seems to be about trying to use extrinsic motivation to get John to be on time. And it does work but takes a lot of management effort. You have a great video about employees using intrinsic motivation. How would you go about using intrinsic motivation to get John to show up on time?
Really appreciate these videos. Would you suggest having the 1-3 escalation discussion in front of everyone in the meeting?
Yes, because the other team members need to see that you react if someone is not on time. That shows everyone that it is important for you. Furthermore, you can explain again why it is important for you.
Thanks for this video , it covered really good points! .It will be great if you can make a video on women manager who have to talk tough .I see when a women manager gets tough she is right away labelled arrogant and male managers are taken as authoritative or in control while doing same.what is a good way for a female manager to act tough or we will have to live with the bias in this generation
Hi Neha, Thank you. That is a very good subject. But to be honest: I don't feel knowlageable enough to talk about it.
I believe it depends very much on the cultural background. Furthermore, as a male I think I cannot give the best advice on this subject. I am planning to invite a female expert for an interview on this for my podcast "Leadership Made Easy".
@@BerndGeropp - Thanks a lot for that ! Waiting eagerly for the video 🙏🙏. Apart from cultural differences I do feel there is a way Men and Women are expected to express themselves differently as a human .I am curious about ways we can still be tough when needed ( keeping above expectation in mind) , as not many examples are around in some of industries for women to follow due to lesser women in senior roles. Thanks again for considering my request !
Hope you are doing good , waiting for your next video 👍👍👍
It is already recorded. Will be published next week.
@@BerndGeropp - Good to know that 👍 best wishes
@@nehagc Thank you!

You must be joking. I am German. I can’t even speak French :-)
