I have played this deck a TON and just love it :) In my experience you more or less never fetch the basic Island. I did it att first but my winrate is much higher since I started ignoring the possibility of multiple wastelands from the opponents side. Vs Rescaminator I dont bring in FoN. I do take out delvers on the draw (not good Vs bowmaster). - 4 Delver +1 Counterbalance + 3 Graveyard hate cards ^ this has served me well! I dont think you should fight over entomb with surgical in hand or surgical Archon during the opponents upkeep. Wait until he puts a reanimation spell on the stack and then use your cards.
