Thank you for showing a real look at how bad it can get for us. I recently moved locations in my house too. It’s been a nightmare since and now I’m just stressed by all the stuff surrounding me. 😩😩😩 Your room looks amazing! Funny, I’ve been watching de clutter videos for the past two days ( how I found you ) , it doesn’t matter what tips people give you .. it really just comes down to Doing it ! 💪🏼 Thanks for the inspiration and knowing I’m not the only one who can’t see her floor. 🤣

Honestly my craft room looks basically like yours did. I'm embarrassed by mine. I keep looking at it and waiting for inspiration and gumption to jump in and clean and organize so I can get back to my happy place. Great job!
Wow! My craftroom was getting close to this, I watched a bunch of minimalist RUclips videos then went through my craft room and try to have no attachment to things and donated bags of craft stuff. It feels amazing to give things away and feel lighter. I hope I keep it this way. Awesome craft room share. Big thumbs up 😊

Crafters have their hands in so may areas it is so easy to get in this situation. The goal for me is to purge and give away to people like teachers and church ministries that can use stuff donated that I don't use anymore. I am in the middle of doing this myself and it feels SO GOOD TO GET IT DONE.
I have been in this situation for a few months, I watched your video a few months ago, but I never read the comments below - which I normally do, because I find that there are so many great ideas in the comments. Your video seriously has been one I have come back to several times! And reading the comments now has made me feel so much better! Thank you for showing us “real life” and also to everyone who understands sometimes it gets a little overwhelming! I have chronic pain so getting organized has been a little harder for me, it’s taking a little longer. But I’m on my way & appreciate seeing these videos as well as your finished room! Looks fantastic!

Omg, I hear you with the heat. I had the same problem with my family room and the attic room upstairs. It was too hot in the summer and in the winter is was freezing. Lol. You did an amazing job girlfriend. Love it! I actually prefer a detailed craft room tour. Sometimes it helps to know how much of something fits in a drawer before running out to get it. Lol. Paper was a huge prob from me as well. I will have a new tour up within the next 2 weeks and I'll be sharing some pieces that help me stay organized

Oh wow....I was in the exact same situation in my own Room of Doom. I kept getting more storage as a way of being "organised" but then realised I should really get rid of stuff, not find a place for it! Letting go is hard, haha! But your room looks great now, well done.

oh my lord. am i am happy to know i am not the only one whos craft room looks like this. i had to stop crafting for awhile as my room was overrun but i am slowly getting it back together. ou see my craft are is in my basement of our town home which we have lived for 12 yrs. everything we can not figure out where to put ended up plied up in my basement , welp i am slowly throwing out and donating stuff and gettin my area back.
I felt the same way since this was one side of the attic. Anything I didn’t know what to do with, I said “put it upstairs” I’m so glad you’re motivated to reclaim your space! Happy creating 🤍

@@SteffanyCrafts ya we are ok my hanging orniment fell onto my couch. A few other things fell no injuries. Just hubby still gets the jitters when a loud bang or any rumbling truck goes by. I cool just my 2nd one in my life in (Utah).

Wow my husband would love for me to get my crafts to one area of the house lol I have sewing, painting drawing, adult coloring. I have to ask were did you find your desk set up are the draws separate from the top? Or i would love a desk set up similar to yours.
Ikea! The drawers are "Alex" drawers and the table tops are "Linmon" - I got the table tops off of Craigslist for $10.
