- These are Tools I use for Woodworking. We all need Tools To shape and form the Wood we are Working with. Sometimes it works out better using hand tools. Also, hand tools give wood an appearance of "hand made." Our new Beaver Craft Bearded Hand Axe is very useful in Woodwork. Great video Richard, Beaver Craft makes some great tools or all sorts of wood working and that bearded hatchet is a great addition to your hand tools. Richer you can never have to many good axes or tools.
The bearded hatchet was one of by grandmothers favourite for beheading chickens, squirrels or rabbits, as she said it gave a cleaner cut.

Nice tools just to have on the place..The bearded hatchet would be handy to shave logs.

Have y'all ever done any axe throwing? That bearded hatchet looks like it is pretty well balanced for that. I used to teach my boys to throw in their younger years, had a lot of fun.
