I made the inserts myself. With a type of compress board from home depot

How did you get it so there is not tiny lines where the papers are taped together? I tried this once and there were tiny white seam lines where the papers were joined

thats a teflon sheet

That's a Teflon sheet. You can also use a teflon cover on your heat press.
