Hii! Thank you for this video! Please help me!! The scissors on my red button cut pile keep randomly getting stuck and don’t retract. When this happens the motor spins super fast and the gun makes a high squeaking noise. What can I do to fix this??
Hey Ashley, we are pretty lost with red button guns. They seem to have an other system how they work as well. I never had or heard of the problem you are describing. Definitely make sure everything is well libricated and there are no yarn straps in the machine. Apart from that, i'm very sorry, but i can't help. The high pitched beep we only know from when the motor is blocked, which is the opposite of your problem. Maybe also take the machine apart with the help of our: ' How to replace the scissors' Tutorial and check if anything is bendt or trapped. I hope you can fix it. Jenni
Heeey Thank you so much for doing these videos :3 Do you know which mecanism or parts make the gun burst properly or if only the gub with the black trigger can do it?
@@Tuftinglove I'm sorry :( it's just that when i asked some people how they tuft curves o circles, they told me that they do it pulling the trigger in bursts. So what i wanted to know was if only the gun with the black trigger can burst. I tried bursting with the gun that has the red trigger but i don't know if i'm not doing it properly or if only the gun with the dark trigger can burst. I don't know if i did explain myself better 😬 Thanks for answering :)
@@ager3047 Ahh now i think i get it :) You wanna do curves but the gun is basically to fast right? So what i do is just pull the trigger super short, so its only doing like 1-2 stiches and thenn adjust the angle again. Like this you can ''slowly'' go around the curves and still be able to follow the line. I do that here in this video: ruclips.net/video/1x7lOy--z88/видео.html I hope this helps you. If not, don't hesitate to text again :) Have a fluffy weekend! Jenni
@@Tuftinglove thank you so much for sharing your tufting knowledge :) that video really helped me. I'll keep trying until I get it! Also i was wondering if there is that much difference between these Guns (Red /Black trigger)
Hey Anaiah, most probably there is a problem with the electronics. You can open the handle to check if the trigger is still connected with all the wires. Otherwise it might be a problem within the electronics block. If you can't solve it like that feel free to send us pictures/videos to help@tuftinglove.com so we can have a look at it.
My red button wont stop when i turn it on. When i turn it on it automatically starts cutting at a fairly low speed but continuously cuts. I dont what to do
I have a problem every few movements of the machine the scissors do not retract. they stick out, they lose their position what could be the problem?
Hi, I am facing an issue with the big gear and from the top where it is connected. It is little flimsy and not stable.

@@ager3047 Yes the red button gun is a super cheap mock off that is usually breaking super fast and just not well produced.
Hi my gun is not moving at all. All the red lights are on but when I pull the trigger nothing happens what does this mean?

What if the gear isn’t moving smoothly. I tried this to see if maybe it was to tight but it made no difference.
Hey Darsi, you can check out this tutorial ruclips.net/video/fGf1mqltNTA/видео.html to solve that problem :)
Thank you so much! You literally saved me lol

I wont even press the red button and itll automatically start cutting
You may want to contact your seller. The red-button guns are pretty mysterious and I can't tell what you would have to do. sorry
The gears are to tight against each other therefore don’t run smoothly
Thanks!!
