--------------------
If the lives of Ryan George (Ex-Carry On) and Sara Taylor are a whole new type of scene defining perfect couple. Their love for machines creates a unique brand of electro-hardcore that these Americans have managed to craft into something that is wholly their own. Sexy, violent and punitive, this is love executed brutally!

Super under-rated group. Gave sweet industrial electro throughout the 2010s. Want new music from them!
Puissant et original
C’était ultra lourd 👊
so badass
Amazing duo. Would love to have been there for this
Walls of Jericho gone industrial
Coil referencing t-shirt - sweet
What I love about this is that the band's singer begins the gig by asking to f&ck this place up - you'd think that's a bit overconfident for one of the opening acts of a big, rainy metal festival in France. But guess what? She put heart and soul into the performance and got rewarded by a wonderful circle pit during the last song. Well played Sara! Well done French crowd.
They're fucking awful. I'd rather listen to neo-Nazi black metal than this crap.
OHHH, it's a metal festival. No wonder nobody seemed to give a fuck in the beginning. I'd be bugging the fuck out seeing Youth Code live, but then, I'm a rivethead. Couldn't give less of a shit about what metalheads are in to.
Edit: I just got to what you were talking about. Yeah, NO WONDER THEY FORMED THE CIRCLE PIT. Consuming Guilt is an absolute fucking banger and I never get tired of hearing it. Feel like they would've done it even if Sara didn't command them to. Album version is always better, but what a fucking song to close out with. Beats me seeing Skinny Puppy close out with "Candle" for the last time I'll ever see them.
commitment to complications is such a banger track
"Puzzle" is already a classic. Their best track.
Yup! Jay Weinberg of Slipknot has a cover of it on his YT channel on Roland electronic drums.
@@MrFooqair yep. Already seen it a few months ago. I wish new yc stuff to be as aggressive as this track sounds. The latest album was not their best release unfortunately.
Just got the news today... Jay Wienberg is out of Slipknot citing "creative differences". WTF?!!! @@simonkelic7786
fuck yes! just discovered Youth Code last night, i love everything ive heard so far! fuck yes!
Setlist?
My bad on first comment this is new material. With a couple of songs from skeleton keys to the doors of depression previous album to the new one yet released
These guys throw down. Love it!!!
GODFLESH Shirt. Respect.
One of my favorite industrial acts! Sara and Ryan had made something truely unique: translating hardcore punk in both vocals and song structures, with only synthezisers for instruments! Truely a feat of the ages! ❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥
Buena música, presentación bastante pobre y aburrida
Friday 24th June 2022 was historic! Youth Code was definitely one of my favorite performances in the entire festival! So much energy! Unforgettable!
I saw them in 2019 and they blew my mind.
Must be nice to be able to see them. I was supposed to see them in 2022 but they canceled four days before without any explanation :(
@@lkjkorn19 I feel you. I went to Monsters of Rock Brazil in 2015 to see Motörhead (for the first time). Lemmy was feeling ill and couldn't play. We only knew that when Motörhead was meant to be on stage and never appeared...
Also, one of the reasons I bought Hellfest tickets was to see Skinny Puppy and Atari Teenage Riot. Both canceled some months prior to the festival.
You'll surely still see Youth Code live, and it will be a hell of show! I hope you get to it soon.
@@_samura_Woof, that's a lot of bad luck-sorry to hear! Thanks for the kind words :)
The pit at the end is great, it's like she's marshalling them into battle
Pretty brave using a Waldorf Iridium live! 😅
That might be what the case says but his space station is custom completely built my him..
Great band and great Coil shirt!
Damn... she's good!
Miss this band 🖤
this band with proper amps would blow lots of minds.
🔥FUCK 💥 YEAH🔥
Monstrueux comme d'habitude
Wow, I'm so impressed by the radical simplicity and efficiency of this live music !
Look up EBM
Some of their biggest influences are Germans
Heart/passion for fucking ever!
Fuck yeah Youth Code!
Powerful performance 🔥 their energy was key to endure the cold rainy day, a hell of a day!
Love my local Cha Cha friends 🤘🏼🖤✨
..great fucking Show👊....
Really great!
Ey and monuments???
elle est furieuse la jeune fille
destroyed it
LOST AT SEA ..... excellent band
🔝🖤🔝🖤🔝
22:33 deathsafe is the hardest, no contest
c'était le feu ce concert !
Killer. Love them so much. Kick ass band.
One of my favorite discover of this 4 liberty days!!!! Thanks you HELLFEST. THANKS YOUUUUU YOUTH CODE!!!!atomic performance!
What a fucking set list! New album live sounds sick, deathsafe 👌
ATR much?
Only industrial band you've ever heard much? There's not a single break beat or Gabber kick in this whole set
Give this lady a live band. Would take her from 8 to 10.
You mean 10 to 15
@@rdpainting801 Or 11 to 30
It's the chick the Osbournes paid off to stop playing drums in Kellys band because she was so bad.
No sara is a obscure singer no band before she hooked up with Ryan
nah, chick ain't got it....
Wtf? 😃😃 bizarre band
It's called industrial music - try looking it up
What’s wrong with it?
@@thehunterjk2521 Nothing, i don't like it.
@@torrmann1004 Cool. That doesn't make it bizarre
Jesus Christ, industrial used to be free of hardcore dummies, this is MEGA WEAK!
No it wasn’t?? Legit has always been like that since throbbing gristle’s early shows
At contrary its really fuckin legit mate
@@ucatolica2008 this is hardcore posers without a band, weak as f**k
LOL wtf are u talking about?
Ah man, there's nothing worse than musical snobbery, this (sick) band existing doesn't stop the traditional old-school leather-daddy industrial from existing too
Malaise/20
@Baptiste Faucheux : absolument pas
Original et couillu!
