Question if I'm trying to build a system that's going to multitask like live streaming with audio and a separate audio such as Ableton live recording audio separately also and using a different program to push lyrics and presentations all at once would an threadripper system do better or would an Intel system do better at multi-processing for what I'm doing
They have phones as entertainment, even a machine to make money. That's the very reason why, you dont understand. Generation Gap is real. Even the market already switch to phone game instead making PC/console game, that also include business and everything.
@@michaelbuto305 To let them make money with a phone a big case full of chips is still needed (fortunately). May be it's not called a content, but a product. Ok. Your thought makes sense though.
1:13 i hope people understand and APPRECIATE the WORK you put in JUST ON FILMING & EDITING the intro alone! This bit easier to track since there wasn't camera movement, though tracking is easy to do these days.
Amazing video!!! Thank you for all the content you generate for all video and audio professionals, I built my computer because of you and got out of the Apple illusion. Intel Core I914900K 32G DDR5 6000mhz Samsung EVO 990 Pro Aorus B760m MSI Modular 850W Looking for RTX 4070 Ti Super or 4080 Super at the moment. Nice work! I’d love to see you compare something that is similar in form factor like a Mac Studio vs a custom PC and compare real-world video editing and exporting.
that is seriously one of the best intro i have ever seen 10/10 i got my case today..a white one. the lian li compact trust me as beautiful as it is ..its been a nightnare to build in..as you have to continusesly take things apart to get somewhere in the case "take this off to get there'" "or do this so you can do that" thats how the case is designed strip to build it but the beauty of this case far outways the hassles of hours of working and building in it ABSOLUTLEY STUNNING
Great intro! I’m sure some hater trolls will disagree…because hater trolls, but that was exceptionally well produced and creative. Well done. Thumbs up and I haven’t even watched the video yet.
Wow! I woke up to this post today and it was like you were looking over my shoulder! I just started assembling a collection of parts for a new build (based on your previous videos), and I was pleased to see a build with pretty-much everything I was considering. Your videos taught me well! You mentioned the case and a possible airflow issue, and the only difference in my design was to look at using Thermaltake's CTE 500 or CTE 750 Series which allows lots of airflow. Side note/request: I noticed you adjusting voltages during your benchmarking part of the video. This is new to me. Could you possibly do a more detailed video on adjusting these settings, and how all this works for creators? -- both for CPU and GPU ... and possibly undervolting? I'm more interested in reducing power loads and protecting component reliability instead of overclocking for gaming. Other video creators all seem to make adjustment for gaming and pushing hardware limits which doesn't really work for me as a creator :) Thank you for this video!
Never built a PC, don't know much about it and never game. Though it's time for me to upgrade and I've really gotten into Vectorworks. Went looking for some videos for a laptop initially and stumbled upon your Asus ProArt Laptop review. After that I started watching more of your videos and man I just have to say, what a great channel! I'm hooked, brilliant content, entertaining, informative and hilarious like this one's intro. Never thought I'd be so interested in building a PC. Thank you for the vids, subscription added.
Good video and amazing looking build. Can you maybe do real tests in the futur, not just benchmark. Like a big project with a lot of nod in DR including NR or multiples projects with different resolution and codecs (BRAW, R3D, AVCHD, Prores Raw ...). How fluid is it to scroll the timeline, can you add a lot of GPU intense plug-in, what's the export time... It will be good for editors to not have only syntetics benchs. I know this a lot of efforts but look at the length of your videos, maybe a little less hardware-focus and more user experience ? Thx
Great content. I just completed a similar build on advice from your "best bang for buck" $2500 creator machine. I9 13900K, 64 g ram, lian li performance aio, and bought the 4070ti super 16. It runs fast and cool. Great advice. Thanks for the help.
Love your videos and your insights about creators pc and where it really doesn't matter about the branding, I want to point out that beyond the ROG branding the reason that the card itself is really good is because the have a special GPU board design in house so it is the only one that is actually different it can push harder and it has better cooling configs However i will say this if Asus could give ProArt the same thing and let them design a board that is different and not the same as tuff maybe they could get different results
If you're gonna compare a Macbook pro m3 max to this dedicated desktop PC that sips north of 300w then also please include a windows laptop that is similarly priced without a power adapter plugged into it for a fair comparison.
26:23 you cant have it all. the card, board etc are made for GAMERS. You want "clean" then go with ASUS ProArt or something like that then. Yes I can't help it myself that I prefer the look of these "gaming ones", but I am not gonna throw a fit about it because at the end of the day, they are made to target the gaming community, NOT creative/content creators, there are product brands for that.
I'm dying to build a Mini ITX creator PC , with best performance posible and best cooling posible. Maybe you could be interest in making a video of this if it's posible.
🤣🤣🤣 Dude, he can't build a SFF pc, i challenged him to build a SFF pc , the same as "CRATER" a Tech youtuber with a SKTC A07 case, he just deleted my comment, 'coz he couldn't build it, he calls a Fat cooler master case,a $2000 build 5 days on his channel a SFF build 🤣🤣 LMFAO
Hey Lauri great video! I saw some settings on your Intel(R) Extreme Tuning Utility I never tried before by limiting my CPU power to 260W, I was able to completely eliminate thermal throttling. This not only kept my CPU cooler (max temp around 80°C), but it also allowed me to push my RAM overclock further! I managed to get my 4x 32GB DDR5 modules all the way up to 4800 MHz. Overall, my system feels much faster and more responsive (I got a 15% to 20% uplift :). Huge thanks for the clear and helpful guide! (P.S. With the RTX 3090 and the super-fast Samsung M.2 SSDs, my PC is a beast now!)
In another build you stated that exhausting the heat from the radiator was the better option. In this build you’re “pulling air into the case”. But it’s hot air from the radiator. That doesn’t make sense. When you said it’s better to exhaust that air in the other video it made perfect sense and now I can’t see it working any other way. It seems using this setup is just about having the screens visible inside the case.
I built a system recently based on this same MB with i913th gen, 64GB vengeance RAM, 19 TB SSD half of it is m.2 for music production, I am using intel Arc a750 since I don't do any video production. The system is a beast, I got result beating most high end PCs and posted a video showing loading 150 tracks with each track using heavy loading real time effects.
You need to have the CFM inflow and out flow to get the maximum cooling for all of your chipsets on motherboard and accessories. Positive pressure in the case is causing hot soak issues. Nice videos.
Hey, how can i use the thunderbolt port? I also have one but didnt see any case that has one on front panel, are there existing any extension cards or something? I only find one that has PCIe interface 🤔
Brother thank you for these tremendous videos! Recently i have to pass on this information, I have a 5700G and a 4070, and I have racked my brain thinking why the Davinci Resolve benchmark was extremely low. Then the idea occurred to me to change the PCI-E socket, going from the furthest from the CPU to the closest and the difference is more than double.
Nice video, I got the white Tcreate ram sticks with my z790 livemixer which makes the look blend in more. I also think your cooler performace is bad due to having a glass blocking it on top of the case, maybe test to see if there's a different in performance if you remove that glass.
I loved this build this inspired me to get the same to me. Could you say how many fans went on this build and how many were reverse and normals one? Sry on the question but im a bit lost on how many fans and type i need for this case. Great video and thanks for replying in advance

Using a cheaper macbook (than the m3 max) or windows laptop or tablet remotely and be able to edit videos or play games without lag almost. It is amazing. Of course one needs internet on both ends to work, but I think only the desktop would need to have strong internet connection, the laptop accesing remotely I dont think it would need a very powerful connection. And one could even access it with a handheld pc such as the asus rog ally that fits in your pocket! Good times for tech
