    Спасибо. Сейчас повторяю и вновь повторяю" Здесь и сейчас, здесь и сейчас" , т к в последнее время мыслями " там и тогда", т.к в прошлом случилась неприятная ситуация и думаю о ней постоянно .
    Теперь понимаю " там и тогда" я пережила уже, а надо быть " здесь и сейчас".❤
