- We speak about what the ruling class of Britain looks like today and how it has changed in the last 50 years. We also speak about what the Tory party represents, the global elite and the status that comes with membership in it, immigration to the UK and what, if anything can be done about it, right-wing politics and the class divide and much more.
Matt Goodwin is a Professor of Politics at Rutherford College, University of Kent, and the author of many fine books including his latest, “Values, Voice and Virtue: The New British Politics”. You can find his latest work on his excellent Substack.

Matthew Goodwin is great - very eloquently put.
British people need to remember that they are custodians of a country that has been meticulously built up over thousands of years by a series of societies that have included brilliant minds. It is completely immoral to forget this and to support its erosion. No one has the right to ruin this cultural heritage.

No, institutional reform is not the way. Technology (decentralization, crypto, AI etc) is making it so that we don't need bureaucrats organizing an outdated centralized state.
