That new titan is now known as Shimo, originally known as Shimu, Shimo is the mother of the titans, and is speculated that she started the first ice age. it is also speculated that Shimo will be one of the biggest, if not THE BIGGEST titan in the monsterverse, around 350 feet as standing on all fours, and highly speculated to be around 700 feet on the hind legs. It seems that she will be extremely capable in ranged and melee combat, considering that she has massive forearms and a thagomizer on the end of her tail, which Godzilla adopted after his evolution. overall, she will be possibly the STONGEST titan in the whole monsterverse, considering all the info above comes out as true.

Shimo is the godzilla like monster shooting the ice at kong it was powerful enough it started the first ice age. My guess it is under skar kings control thats why all those kongs look afraid of him. Hope that helps
