Shimu blasted ice air to Kong's hand so that's probably why he needs a metal glove, so he can use his hand again. Godzilla will be fighting Shimu (who can literally create Ice Age on our planet in seconds) and Kong will fight Scar.

I really want to see the monsterverse adopt a new director each film like the first 4. Adam Wingard is a cool director but I think the Monsterverse would get its uniqueness again (not that it already is) of having different cinematography, color grading, etc. What do you guys think?

Both of them would've been folded by Ghidorah or Mecha G. Hence why the team ups. I'm a fan of both Godzilla and Kong, but Ghidorah and Mecha G would've definitely took them out if they fought them one on one.

Zilla slapped up Kong but Mecha slapped up Zilla and Kong slapped up Mecha lol Kong saved Zilla. Zilla still over Kong 1 on 1 but lets not think Zilla destroy everyone now lol
Wtf are you on, Big G and are not 1 on 1, it's clearly 2 for Gojira and 1 for Kong, and about kong slapping MG, have you seen the fight? Kong wasn't even dealing a scratch on MG with the Axe, it only dealt damage when Goji Charged it with his Atomic breath and Goji only lost to MG because he was tired, If he was 100% then it would have been a close fight! And Godzilla would have been the winner, and I am not saying it would have been an easy fight but Godzilla surely would have won that fight! And he wouldn't have lost the beam clash with MG, we saw an Axe charged with a weakened Atomic breath can tear through MG like butter then think what Godzilla's Full powered breath would have done to MG!

Ghidorah, which was controlling MG, was smacking Godzilla butt up, which leads me to believe Zilla was always gonna lose that fight whether he fought King before or not. Now whether Zilla changed up the ax or not, if that ax was not being held by Kong, they both would be deceased. But he should be thankful Kong had it.

It's not like Godzilla was the only one who was getting beaten up! When MG started attacking Kong Godzilla saved him by holding MG's arm, so what if he had the Axe, if Godzilla wouldn't have thought at the moment to charge it then they both would have been dead!, if he wasn't in the movie Godzilla wouldn't have to Blew a hole through the earth to hallow earth and get weakened, He would have beaten MG!

Ghidorah was kicking Zillas butt in the Artic. Godzilla owns Kong a big thank you, because Mecha was about to do Zilla like Zilla did the MUTO. And even supercharged by the nuclear bomb, he still couldn't beat Ghidorah. Heck, we know Zilla has never been able to beat Ghidorah without help. He has always needed assistance.

I really want to see the monsterverse adopt a new director each film like the first 4. Adam Wingard is a cool director but I think the Monsterverse would get its uniqueness again (not that it already is) of having different cinematography, color grading, etc. What do you guys think?
