I drilled and tapped my 2022 C125 to add foot pegs for a pillion seat. I used OEM parts and it works perfectly with the OEM exhaust. Also added an OEM kickstand which makes this bike SO MUCH more usable for around town running around!
@@davidbehm Yeah, I was annoyed too, and they clearly didn't tap this on purpose to discourage the US market from adding pegs. I bought a tap and die combo of the appropriate size from Home Depot. It wasn't a big deal. It looks factory perfect now so I'm pleased!
nice vid! i have a US super cub and installed the rear rack and passenger seat. also had a motorcycle shop drill and tap the holes for OEM pegs, and peg assembly works perfectly with stock exhaust (pegs manage to go over the exhaust when you flip em down). just thought i'd note in case you want to add pegs in the future!

Thanks for subscribing, I appreciate you! You could go a tad bit wider but ultimately the fenders are pretty narrow and would get in the way unless you start to modify them too.
Do you reckon a hunter Cub kickstart would switch over to this simply, my mate with a CT says you can still push start it even though centrifugal clutch, have you tried with this, because if not, You may get stuck somewhere if battery fails?..

My only changes have been the long seat, the farther back rear rack and a XT Puig windshield

Had one. Beautiful. But too underpowered for a modern motorcycle. OK in town but dangerous when the speed limit is 80 klm/hour- 50 mph or more.

Hi. I can't see an oil filter next to rear brake pedal as it can be seen on JDM Cubs. Does yours one have an oil filter?
I don’t think the US Supercubs have oil filters, but you might want to fact check me.
