- The Millbrook Meander Charter featuring Hanson & Hall Class 50008 'Thunderer' London Transport 4TC Set and Freightliner Class 66509 'Josiahs Wish' The charter is captured at Buckhorn Weston cutting, thanks to Chandler Thick, Sherborne Station and Yeovil Pen Mill Station. The rain lashed down at Yeovil Pen Mill, but it only enhanced Thunderer's presence! Unfortunately, due to an incident at Holton Heath Station, the charter was diverted, and the planned video of her returning to Eastleigh via Poole could not take place. Video taken on Sunday 26th of May 2024. For more railway content, please like and subscribe to my channel @DarrenJohnsonRail #britishrailways #train #fypシ #trainfans #railway #class50 #Hansonandhall
Just a tad wet, I was showing you the token, I was the driver (-; LOL
I'm still drying out now! Sorry, yes, you are sitting in the driving seat, my mistake! How did I get that so wrong... Water in the eyes, maybe! Thunderer sounded fantastic I could hear her for a long time after you left Pen Mill. All the best Darren
@@DarrenJohnsonRail Thanks Darren, I had a great day. GG
Hi Darren, are you the chap that does 3d printing for JH? Only the video shot he sent me yesterday approaching Gillingham Tunnel looks identical to yours (-;
Hi, this is my good friend Chandler, who I work with he is the 3d printing king 🤴
@@DarrenJohnsonRail Cool, thanks for sharing the video, My basic traction was class 47's I never imagined I would be driving a 50 down the mule! A top weekend for me. I hope everyone enjoyed seeing her! GG
No worries, a class 50 on the mule is the ultimate combination! Saying that seeing a 47 back on the line would also be a close second. It's really good to see Thunderer still in operation, hope to catch up with her again soon. Long live the 50.....
@@DarrenJohnsonRail I agree! I may need your mates skills at some point as I have a O gauge railway and will hope to expand in time...
No worries, just let me know when you require some bits, and I will hook you up with him. Good choice, I also have an 0 gauge project in the winds!
