I just got my first pair yesterday and I’m really happy with them so far. I got the cloud flow. I plan the get the X next time.
I have 10 or so pairs, definitely recommend the Cloudswifts for cushion/support, Cloudflyer is another great offering… stay tuned for what’s coming up early next year as far as silhouettes as well, super dope dad shoe that’s crazy comfy coming

ON has the greatest sneaker technology out there right now in running shoes and the color ways they drop can be pretty sick.
Love this brand for the gym, lightweight, direct to the ground, good overall fit and support. My only beef is the design of the sole is excellent for trapping rocks, I’m constantly pulling out rocks. I have 6 pairs of different models.
Yeah the rocks and the laces didn't work well for me. Hard to get the right fit. Decent trainer though.
The ON Cloud X is by far the worst shoe they made unfortunately. I'm lucky that I don't have gravel near me, only sand so I just got the Neo Nexus and it is a great running shoe and a game changer.
You should continue to do under the radar brands sneakers review. Your reviews are great especially on UB’s.
I wouldent say ON is under the radar maybe for sneaker heads but I see runners in em everday in LA as much as Nikes believe it or not

@@donsavant6170 I couldn't agree more. I get reactions like this all the time when I'm wearing ON, Hokas or other pairs of running shoes besides Nikes or Adidas.
I wear the ON Cloudstratus for running. I have knee issues and constantly struggled to get a show that is cushioned yet firm at the same time. The double stack cloud and the speedboard on the cloudstratus fit the bill. I don’t think I will ever wear another shoe for running.
These are that good ? How are they compared to adidas ultra boost 22 I have very bad feet I don’t want to feel the ground when I walk I work 12 hour days I use the hoka bondi but these look nice 👍🏻
@@goat8252 they work for me. I’m actually a Boost head and I wear me UB21 for work too. For me boost are comfortable, but I don’t like how they feel when I run and they lack the stability that my knee and plantar need. Per my comment, the speedboard firmness and the cloud tech make for a firm yet cushioned feel. If you purchase on roadrunnerssports and get their VIP membership, you get a 90 day trial. If not convinced, you can exchange or return for store credit.
I’ve been using the ON Cloudflyer which is a lightweight stability running shoes, as I pronate. I am a Walker. It’s awesome and very stable. For me the right amount of cushioning. Great feel on foot. Highly recommended.

Great all day comfort, just note that pebbles or grabble get stuck easy between the sole gaps
Best looking running/walking shoe for me. Love the minimalist tech look with simple clean colors, not the flash and thick foam which is super refreshing to see. Gonna put a pair on ice until my NB Zante sweatshirts blow out. Definitely gonna invest when they go public.
If you’re looking for their max cushion shoe, the oncloud monster is a max cushion almost recovery runner type shoe. Comparable to the Nike zoomx invincible.
Regarding their high/max cushion model (Oncloud Stratus 2)… as long as you compare that to the one you have, or other OnCloud shoes, you’ll be fine. But if you compare the Stratus 2 vs other max cushion shoes midsoles (ZoomX, Fresh foam, Fuel Cell, FF Blast, Pwrrun+, etc.) for “squishiness”… you’ll be disappointed.

Nice review, thanks for sharing, one question though, can fast lacing be used in this model? I mean exchanging those laces and the first 2 loops (from toes to anckle) and use the fast lacing laces just in the upper loops like the cloud 5 model
Been waiting for you to review these He's. I've been wanting to order those for some time, but I wasn't gonna buy until He's gave his thumbs up. Other reviews focused more on the performance aspect but I wanted to know how comfortable they were , especially compared to boost, react etc
interesting that you tried the cross training version of this shoe. would be interested in your thoughts of the regular version for walking comfort.
Overall I really like these but the one issue I have is that they don't have normal laces and therefore you can't easily replace the laces. You have to order laces from On..if anyone knows an alternative pls share!!
There shoes aren’t going to be like Hoka shoes or anything like that. I’ve had a pair for awhile and they are definitely made more for running or hiking than just an everyday shoe. All their shoes are more of a connected feel to the ground and being super lightweight instead of being high cushion
Hoka are great, I got flat feet and that thing is incredible confy

Hmmm they are not really lightweight. If you compare them apples to apples with other offerings on the market, they tend to the heavier side of things.
@@yeetiesandwheaties I guess its just me comparing them to other shoes I have. For me they are lighter weight but I guess its just subjective
@@bradleyabel I get that. Many similarly cushioned shoes from other brands come in at 5 or 6 oz. Shoes of similar weight typically come with more cushion. NB Rebel, the entire Skechers performance line, Saucony running shoes, Nike Peg Turbo, etc.

Been hearing a lot about this brand since I started running, glad you reviewed it.
Big fan of the shoes and the company. I work at a running store so I've seen them all and do recommend trying some of the other ones! Cloudflow has a similar feel with a little more cushion and Cloudflyer a little extra cushion, stability and width. They got some crazy stuff coming out next year so keep an eye out in 2022
I like the shoe but the sole tech just gets stuff stuck in the holes so they are horrible for any off road walking/running. I’d you are 100% on smooth non loose surfaces they are fine. Great vid btw

The cloud 2.0 in all black is some serious out chillin shoes. I also have the cloud flow and cloud high. The more you wear them the more comfortable they get. Definitely a break in period is needed but after that....oh boy. Enjoy

I love these shoes; great for running or just existing. But the colorways are the worst. the only one i want are the all black ones bc its hard to mess up a triple black or white as well. i would mos def invest and hope they work on the colorways, more styles and collabs.

Hey hes I tried the skechers hyperbaric recovery sandals they are the most comfortable sandals I've ever tried can you please review them if you have a chance it is $65 and it is totally worth it so if you have a chance to try them please make a video of it i recommend it

These on the feet of every middle class gym mom around here. Definitely a hype thing with white moms in the south 😂
I had a pair of these and the mid foam in the midsole wore out after like 60 days of just simple walks and jogging. What’s worse is that they’re terrible in varying inclement weather. They’re outsole is terrible no grip when it gets wet or slick terrible design. No comparison to the Adidas continental outsole‼️ I know you’re not an athlete or an exerciser so you wouldn’t know per se, but trust me these are not worth the money.✌🏼😊
You bought the wrong On cloud shoes. These shoes is not designed for heavy running and exercise. Should’ve bought cloud runner or cloudmonster.
In my entire lifetime of running I have seen three people actually running with ON shoes here in Cali.
I tried the cloud nova the other day n they were comfy enough and premium looking to wear to work or w pants to dinner or whatever.
Just dont use them on unpaved surface it will pickup all small pebbles in between clouds.
On is quite common in europe area.. usually worn by mid adults to older people coz their models are not very attractive.
The holes in the midsole design, beside reducing the weight, also creates somewhat bouncy feeling. But also tends to attract rocks(small), dust,etc inside those holes in the midsole..
I'd still prefer hoka than this
Hoka is also good for your feet, comfortable even for long hours of standing and walking but they’re designs and logo are ugly AF.
