With Lightyear (2022) being considered a box office bomb, it's likely they're not gonna retheme this attraction to that movie. The ride is fine the way it is.
Despite me loving this attraction as one of my Disneyland favorites, the only one thing I don’t like about Astro Blasters is how tiny and hard to see those red laser dots are from the gun you and pull the trigger to shoot to get some points. I mean maybe I wish for Disney to add a fog machine in the ride so I can see the beams better than the dots
Just as I am having some major Disneyland withdrawals (unfortunately didn't renew my Magic Keys) you go and post this masterpiece of a ride and make me feel like I am at home again! Thank you LMG for another great video!! Keep up the awesome work!

With Lightyear (2022) being considered a box office bomb, it's likely they're not gonna retheme this attraction to that movie. The ride is fine the way it is.
Unless Disney makes another Disneyland park, and makes a Lightyear version of this attraction.
