Oh my god! Utsusemi escape now works on throws? The countless times I've been -on block, mashing the parry only to get grabbed instead, with no way to break it since the input of the parry already has been made has finally come to an end! 🤩 Insane if this works on unbreakable throws aswell.
RavenBoy. How does blind ghost activate in tekken 8? It seems to be a hidden move thatch triggered by b 1+3/2+4. It's been perplexing me. I get the parry but never the skateboard kick.
I didnt know raven takes chip dmg on b 1+3/2+4 😮 blind ghost is a good escape option when forced into crouch by your opponent + works well against opponents that press after hitting you with lows
Exactly what I was looking for, thanks. Do you think utsusemi or sixth sense is worth using over backturn 1+2 powercrush? Powercrush seems way easier, doesn't need as precise timing, the reversals are hard to time correctly. Thoughts?
I think you're on to something. 6th sense main thing was you could still break throw if they chose that but in tekken 8 throws bear parry and reversals just like how power crush loses to throws. So there's definitely an adjustment to risk and reward that seems to favour bt 1+2.
The corresponding moves inputs are displayed in game when master raven is on screen. If you're taking about teleport kick reversal for example it's b,b2 or qcf+1+2
This is sick

In the guide I did it on a backturn throw which is unbreakable so I assume so
I need more tips to actually perform this, but thanks for all the information
No worries!
...What about Hellhound? haha feels a little tight compared to the rest. on wavu, it says it parries on frames 1-6.

It works the same as in the video
@@RavenboyRH dont think so. The parry just repositions. It doesnt kick
@@jamesraygregory9210 it's cos you are using the wrong input, in the video its bb2 and qcf1+2 to do the move.
@@RavenboyRH so bb2 and qcf1+2 must be entered just to parry?
Yes
I. Am. LIVING!!! for these customs! A thousand times, YES!!!!

I dont understand do the parrys work for all moves? And reversals, like if someone jabs me can i also escape it?

Different tools for different situations but yeah you are right that the blind ghost version is perfect for skipping the opponents neutral
What is this? There are no such hits in his list of moves. Lol. Are these options hidden? I thought only back perry could give you damage
You must be new to tk I don't blame you 😂
+ hate tekken for that
