2024 Mazda CX--50: Adventure CUV

Thanks to the team at Mazda, we got to drive the CX-50 for a mini roadtrip. My wife and I were attending an automotive journalist event in the Poconos and needed to get there from our arrival from Newark. The 2024 Mazda CX-50 was the perfect adventure CUV for us to get to and from our destination.
We decided to explore the area at night and thankfully we had adaptive headlights to make sure we were lighting up the pitch black roads. We were able to safely see deer and what looked like either a badger or skunk on the road. With us driving a multitude of other vehicles at the event, it was nice to have the 360 degree camera system to make sure I was aware of the CX-50's dimensions in parking spots.
The CX-50 really lent itself to being a smooth yet powerful drive on the highway. With us having the 2.5 Turbo Premium Plus trim, we were able to enjoy our drive in our vented seats during the hot days we encountered. The cargo area also made it easy for us to put in all our luggage and my camera equipment. I'm usually not a fan of sunroofs but thankfully the panoramic roof allowed me to look up and enjoy the beautiful trees in the Poconos.
What would I change with this CX-50? I think I'd give it a smaller wheel and more rugged off-road tire to give me more confidence to go deeper into areas for my adventures.
