  • We’ve all heard the cue “break the bar” during the bench press.⁠

    If you’re experiencing shoulder pain during your push up, try applying the same principals of rotation to the movement. Grab/grip the ground, screw those shoulders into the ground, and see an increase in stability AND a decrease in pain.⁠
