Maad 💖💖 this! My friend in Colorado with cleaning service made her own customized version of this to suit her needs and she swears by its convenient efficiency. She sent me this video recommending I do the same. I cant wait to!! Soo smart!
Another great video! Prepping tools specific for the parts you're gonna pull from the yard is almost as fun as actually pulling the parts! Lol HAPPY THANKSGIVING MY FRIEND!
Yessir!!! It's something about knowing that you have an awesome setup in the garage, but also having the same quality of tools when you're on the road. While I've been in situations in the past, where I did not have all the tools to accomplish the mission, I've learned from those life lessons, and now I'm committed to building out a badass setup!!!! Happy Turkey Day to you too!!!
I'm an electrician and have had the "Ketter" version for a few years, mine has 6x removable boxes for hardware on the the clear lid side. Great boxes...
Happy Thanksgiving! Nice I've been a little iffy about the Hart stuff. I'll have to take a look at this, was thinking about the Craftsman Versastack and the other plastic container they have.
Trust me, I know!! I've always used Gearwrench, Craftsman, etc., for salvage yard work, but recently decided, I wanted to build a professional-level setup instead. I don't loose tools very often, if ever, as I know their value and I know how cheap I am, so that serves as a great deterrent. I'm steadily building on this setup, so make sure to follow (subscribe) to the channel to see what other cool tools I decide to include in the ''Salvage Yard Tool Setup." Thanks to taking the time to comment!!!
Nice set up! I carry a dewalt tool bag and throw it on the wheel barrel my wrecking yard provides, I like the bag because I'm able to carry it with me wherever I need to get into. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your loved ones!.
I have a Snap-on bag as well, and I've enjoyed using it. I think my biggest issue was, it was too heavy and when you're logging miles in the salvage yard, it gets old real fast. Beyond that, it allows me to carry much more tools, without the pain and discomfort. Never considered a wheel barrel, but I can see how that would be useful!!
@@MidwestToolReview yeah going to the junk yard is an exercise in itself lol. I'm spoiled over here in Cali thankfully laid out cement and the vehicles are lifted for easy access underneath I know not all yards are like that.
I bought the hart backpack and have it setup as a roadside service call go bag pack to the gills and it must weigh 70plus pounds and have been using it for over a year no issues
I was saying earlier to another viewer, I've owned several bags, including my most recent, which is a Snap-on. While I love the bag, I absolutely hate lugging around 50+ lbs. of tools and not to mention, if I grab larger parts off the vehicles. This storage system allows for carrying of just about any tool I'll need, while also serving as a tool cart to lug back parts. Really enjoying it!!
Thats a great box! I have a Stanley Fatmax carry box. It doesn't have the organization I want. Have had it for a while but that may be a great replacement. Ill check out your Instagram too!
Been wanting to get something like this for my truck but not sure what to buy. Been collecting the tools i want to carry just haven't found the box yet.
Don’t buy it!! If you’re going to pull it around the field, and if the ground is rough (ie rocks,), it won’t hold up. I wish I could recommend, but I have to give you my honest opinion
I did some research, however, I could not locate the rebuild kit for the XR11FPA. I did find information on Garage Journal, whereby someone sent in their XR11FPA to MAC, and were given a new XR13FPA, so that leads me to believe, MAC no longer provides rebuild kits for your ratchet. If the ratchet has sentimental value, maybe consider buying a donor ratchet to get the gear and pawl. Otherwise, I'd simply return to MAC and have them replace it with the latest model.
I would not normally recommend anything from the hart brand for heavy duty usage not really what that brand is about that's ur lone it out to your in-laws brand

Love the Box buddy. It's nice enough to use and be satisfied with, but it's not too much of expensive to be worried about at the Junkyard.
Well-stated!!! That's exactly what I was trying to accomplishing when considering what type of setup I wanted to invest in.

You are a brave soul bringing mac and snapon to the junkyard :)

I'm going to get one for the bed of my truck cool design. Currently using a rubbermaid tote that's the same size
I think you'll really enjoy and for $35, its a great value!!

Thanks i learn a lot
I am have a rolling tool box but I upgraded the tires so I can roll it on dirt and gravel for the junkyard
Sweet set up. Keep up the good work
Thank you!!!
That’s a cool looking set up I’ll be getting one instead of the pack out system
Great move!!! You won't be disappointed!!!
Tried looking it up and can’t find it. Do you have a link ? Thank you in advance

I think you should really consider the Hart organizer. Check it out for yourself and I think you'll be impressed.
Great review. Do you know the dimensions inside the lower box part?
Thank you!
how’s it holding up ?? i’ve only seen bad reviews of it
How has this been holding up im looking for a small box like this to bring along in service calld

Hey Midwest! I’m a surgical first assistant and that looks like an orthopedic mallet to me. Are you sure he made it?
That’s a nice option for 35 dollars
Highly recommended!!!
I think you would be legit if you added a few ratchets to your collection...
@@Jackofallmasterofnone94 Yes, it's why I made the comment.
I'm certain I may add another ratchet or two...maybe three....I don't know...lol
@@MidwestToolReview I have no doubts.
Question for the ratchet God. I have amac xr11fpa and can't find a repair kit. Would you be able to give me a part number? Thank you if you can

Dose it work with the stakable hart boxes ?
No sir, and after further use, I do not recommend this unit for heavy use
