Another way to express kindness is while driving. We can get so caught up in getting to our destination that we can be rude in our driving. When I was working in downtown Tampa I traveled expressways and often people would not allow merging traffic or lane changers in front of them, especially big trucks or work trucks with trailers. I began being conscious of this and I would purposefully slow down and flash them to merge. More often than not I would get flashing brake likes showing their appreciation. Kindness is so important for others as well as ourselves.
Thank you for having me!
What a brilliant lecture. I am enough and there is enough. I love it thank you.
