The springs are wider on one end so one has to note which end goes into cavity on derailleur body. Also make sure pulley jockey wheels are in right position. The guide pulley is closet to cogs on rear wheel and tension is on the bottom. Guide pulley sometimes has to oriented properly. Also the b screw tension plate can be a real pain to get back on

@@NiceBikeService I've rebuilt 3 derailleur that past year and I'm not sure if it's worth it idk. Think I'll just stick to cleaning the jockey wheels and call it good. I've noticed on cheaper newer derailleurs u can't fully disassemble but it's all good as they only cost $20 or so.

In real life, of course, it's not necessary. Nowadays to buy a new part is SO unbelievably cheap....

Thank you for your comment. The derailleur was disassembled for parts more to show what it consists of. In normal use, this is not necessary
10:23 PRIMERO ENROSCALO TU Y LUEGO LE DAS CON LA MAQUINA. Cuando se tratan roscas de aluminio no es bueno que le las primeras vueltas las hagas con una maquina. Tu tienes que sentir si el tornillo va entrando de forma correcta y luego que entra en las primeras vueltas, ahí si le puedes seguir dando vueltas con la maquina. Acá lo hiciste bien 9:52
En un armado de motor sucede lo mismo, son muchas roscas de aluminio y no te gustaría para nada romper una de esas roscas.

een ander vraagje...zelf had ik al enige tijd een vervelende tik bij het ronddraaien, maar alleen tijdens krachtig aanzetten bergop... ik heb nu aan weerszijden van het derailleurpadje eens wat extra dunne WD40 gespoten en eindelijk was die tik weg.... Kan de derailleurpad 'tikken' tijdens het trappen? Ik heb die 2 kleine schroefjes al eens eerder vaster gedraaid, maar de tik was niet weg, na wat smering met die WD40 is de tik wel weg... Kan er speling op komen?...Ik fiets naar mijn werk zeker 6000 km per jaar...
Dat is moeilijk te zeggen zonder naar de motor te kijken. Het kan zijn dat de derailleurwieltjes blijven haken aan de grote cassettesterren, in welk geval je de voet van de derailleur moet verplaatsen met de stelschroef, of de trapas kan klikken onder belasting.

Si tratta di un grasso minerale per freni. È possibile utilizzare qualsiasi lubrificante liquido, come il lubrificante per catene, oppure lasciarlo non lubrificato.

La graisse contenue dans la seringue est de la graisse verte Shimano ou Divinol, et la graisse liquide rouge est de la graisse Shimano pour freins hydrauliques.

In de video wordt minerale remolie gebruikt als de vloeibare olie. Je kunt elke minerale olie gebruiken, zoals kettingolie.

No, it's the m6000, the m5100 version has bigger jockey wheels

Sei fortunato dopo il montaggio non hai avuto bisogno di regolare le due viti di fine corsa pignone piccolo e grande non che la distanza della puleggia dalla catena
