Gilbert developed her daily studio practice in 2016 after struggling with anxiety as a young mother. It was a deeply personal time and space where her spiritual journey and creative process merged. Shortly after, Gilbert began live painting amid corporate gatherings and moved from oils to working more with acrylics on a larger scale. She focused on creating a series around spiritual themes observed in nature and the human experience. Whether through her painting, classes, or books, Gilbert is passionate about facilitating connections between The Creator and His children.
