    You are awesome! Thank you so very much. So much more simplistic than all that other crap. I'm trying to blindly go in and take my advanced rigger NCCER certs. My next problem is how to figure out the load on each crane on a two crane pick. Then how to find c.o.g. On a aasymmetrical piece

      whatever54777 Times load by 1.25 .That will give you min crane capacity needed by each crane at maximum radius of cranes

    It’s good that you are sharing your knowledge, however it’s not so good that you show large sling angles when using a spreader beam. You need to show those angles when using a lifting beam, not a spreader beam. Two entirely different pieces of equipment. Let’s hope people don’t now think they can use large angles like you demonstrate with a spreader beam.
    A spreader beam is only designed for vertical lifting with a + or - of 6 degrees for the drop link.
