It seemed pretty obvious that Ellie went from trying to train Bri to trying to destroy Bri because Bri foiled Ellie's plan to blue ball Joe on an early-season crew night. When Ellie plays innocent about Bri's problems, this reason alone is enough to make it untenable.
And she complains that Aiesha missed a step with her “to check in” when Ellie was the one who couldn’t even do lunch without putting Bri thru hell. Also she never gave that gentle treatment to Bri. She just went straight to screaming at and yelling “I’m second stew your less then me!” I really hope they never higher her again because she is horrible. At her job, and she is a crappy person. They had such a good group this year, her and the wack lazy bosun I would never high back. Everyone else was great 👍

Always a mistake to be a lower level boss and sabotage your underlings. You are in a position of proving yourself as a leader, so anything that goes wrong with them directly reflects on you. Their success is your success. Upper managements job isn’t to make sure your underlings do well, it’s to make sure you do well making sure they do well. I’ve been in Ellie’s position before working in a high stress job and accidentally making people cry, so I empathize with struggling to learn to be a leader and saying things the right way. However, it’s a little suspect to KEEP having someone breaking down. Be intentional about making things work. Be intentional about not making people cry. Go out of your way to form a compatible working relationship with them.
Bri & Ellie are both beaitiful, smart women with a lot more of life in front of them. very typical of ppl who love being in control: nice to every single other person, but mean to one person, so that one person is made to feel crazy by the others bc “well they are nice to me! are u sure?” they HOPE for victim blaming, they bank on group mentality and victim blaming, and you are literally playing right into their hands by believing they are a good person when someone else says otherwise. and it’s why a lot of people will sit with the meanness/abuse and never say anything, bc they themselves realize that everyone else gets treated differently than them so they feel no one will believe them. we really need to stop giving these people the very power they want, and at the very least, don’t put them on national tv. well, i mean, i guess we can so that we can point out their BS and laugh at them.
i'm wearing out the mute button on my tv when ellie talks. i wish there was a version where she was pre muted. her voice hurts my ears, her words and thoughts hurt my brain, the light bouncing off of her hurts my eyes, and her presence wears on my soul.

Always a mistake to be a lower level boss and sabotage your underlings. You are in a position of proving yourself as a leader, so anything that goes wrong with them directly reflects on you. Their success is your success. Upper managements job isn’t to make sure your underlings do well, it’s to make sure you do well making sure they do well.
I’ve been in Ellie’s position before working in a high stress job and accidentally making people cry, so I empathize with struggling to learn to be a leader and saying things the right way. However, it’s a little suspect to KEEP having someone breaking down. Be intentional about making things work. Be intentional about not making people cry. Go out of your way to form a compatible working relationship with them.
Ellie is on such a power trip OMG you are only a 2nd stew. People can write whatever they like. I was in in military and we did not even do that.

Bri & Ellie are both beaitiful, smart women with a lot more of life in front of them. Regarding the fBri vs Ellie thing, remember, both obviously made mistakes, it takes 2 to tango & we viewers only see what they show us & not what's been edited out...or in.. But, Joe or ANY man is not worth any women fighting over!!! No man is worth that. It bears repeating, so i did, especially since he was lrading them both on. Self respect, integrity, honor, humbleness & most of all.....kindness, everybody. Let's spread it around!
