Antifascist Caravan of Banda Bassotti to Syria

STATEMENT FROM BANDA BASSOTTI
We address our great Family, all the timeless bandits, the Anti-Fascists, the Anti-Imperialists, the Working Class, the unemployed and the exploited.
Wherever they are.
The war in Donbass continues to kill, despite the rumors about the truce and the Minsk agreements. The fascist government of Kiev bombards and kills every day. In the last weeks the victims of the Popular Republics were on average one per day, around 30 per month. Near the Ukrainian border, the civilians of the Donbass, continue to live in the cellars and see their houses bombed, every day.
Although the situation is more confusing than ever, we will continue to support the Donbass Anti-fascist with concrete facts. Thanks to those who have always supported - concretely - the struggle of the Donbass people and the Antifascist Caravan, we will bring aid and collected money to two orphanages with which we have been in contact for years. We do not forget, it is impossible for us to forget those children and the struggle of that people in the heart of Europe, fighting against fascism.
At the same time, we announce the Antifascist Caravan in Syria.
The imperialist bloc (US Government, EU, the Government of Israel, NATO) keep this war alive for their own interest, subverting the sovereignty of the peoples. All the people of Syria have been living under attack from imperialism for years, because of its resources, its strategic position and above all for not having bent to blackmail. News of these days, US troops will remain to garrison Syrian oil wells. To continue to steal Syrian oil with impunity.
The Anti-fascist Caravan will be in Syria, in May 2020. We will visit hospitals, orphanages, schools, families of martyrs, soldiers and above all to meet all the Syrian people.
We will bring medicines, school supplies, games for children and especially International Solidarity. Alongside the Syrian people who have been living under attack for many years.
Hands off Syria, Venezuela, Cuba, Nicaragua, Iran, North Korea. Once again we denounce an international community, completely blind to what is happening in Palestine, Yemen, Ecuador, Chile and Bolivia. Dozens, hundreds of deaths, invisible to the eyes of the media. The dozens of Israeli bombs on Gaza are invisible on our tv news.
The imperialist countries have no other interest than to steal the raw materials of those countries that do not align themselves with the single thought.
This is the real goal of the Imperialists. We will strive in every way to ensure that the model of Peace that the Imperialists have in mind is not possible. Look at their “results” in Lybia. Now reduced to poverty, where the slave trade is back and where the immigration business is flourishing.
We make a call for all Anti-Fascists, Anti-Imperialists to sustain the Carovana Antifascista in Syria.
