Another excellent informative video abt real local Chinese food.. TQ..
I wish I could find the right word to say how much I love 🇲🇾. It’s people, food, the scenery. It’s like heaven. Hmm 🤔 may be that’s the word I was looking for.
Thanks 🙏

叉烧是用染色烧烤的!
巴肚么么了 斤和料呃。。👍👍👍💕
Love watching all your food compilation videos especially the ''Nan Ru Bao" but the kopitiams in JB don't make this kind of fermented red bean stuffing with pork belly bao!Must be very delicious bao if they are sold out in 2 hours after opening shop!
Tq David, the Nan Ru Bao really good, must try if you are there
Friend Chicken only 65c USD? lol what kind of conversion is that?
I think its 0.65 per piece. Rm6 is about USD 1.30
Apom balik is a total different thing in Penang. We call this Ban Chien Koay instead - well to the Chinese la
👍👍👍👍
谢谢你一路来的支持和关注🙏
Wow I have never seen lo mai kai served like that. And i will search all over for a good hainan chicken chop. Really wished all these old school cooks dont die out especially in Selangor they are drowned out by more fancier fusion rubbish, i for one am not impressed.
9.53: food handling, not free!
In Ipoh?
Near Ipoh
All 3 types of Bao fillings are black in colour. I was expecting the Char Siew Bao fillings in red
That means less red coloring used in the char siew filling, which is a good thing.
@@notagain2856 Oh ok.. Yes good

I love your videos but I want to leave a comment on the 南乳 pao shop. I went there from KL after watching your video.
Every shop that sells good food deserves a queue. That's fair. Having said that, this shop owner is arrogant. After queuing up for ~ 40 minutes, the stall owner told that she will only sell 2 pao to us of each kind because if we wanted anything extra.. we need to reserve in advance. Like what? Not even enough for 1 for each of us. If a shop wants to limit purchase to 2 per person, it should be listed/stated so that people know. And then.. the owner still have the audacity to tell that "if you want to order in the future, order before 1 pm.. after 1.. dont bother.. 费事."
Disappointed to the max.
First of all, thank you for your message and I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I can understand how you feel, I would have been disappointed too, especially from so far away. Too bad the owner can't understand how we feel!
Here's a suggestion, next time you can Google the restaurant in question and see what other customers have to say about it, maybe that will give you an idea of what it's like beforehand.
I found out about the restaurant on a recommendation from a local and went there without a reservation, but luckily I was able to eat there! My local friends told me that they all do more business with reservations and make them according to the number of customer reservations, because the store is not big, so they didn't give more to the customers at the door, that's my guess!
Thanks 🙏
I prefer non color added char siew. Too much red looks horrible.
