  • Tomatoes are easy to grow.
Did you know that 1 tomato seed will produce 30 tomatoes?
How to Grow Tomatoes from Seed?
Save seeds from last year's harvest.
Plant them in moist soil 1 cm deep.
The first tomato plants will appear after 2 weeks.
After 1 month, tomato seedlings are ready for transplanting.
To reduce the shock, water them before transplanting.
Dig a hole, 20 cm deep, in cultivated soft soil.
Add organic fertilizer: sheep manure and compost.
Add ground eggshells - tomatoes love calcium!!!
Plant the tomato plant as deep as possible to develop a large root system.
In the end, water it abundantly and do not water it for the next 10 days, this encourages deep-root growth.
-Tomatoes grow vertically and need support.
Cultivate the ground around them and make channels for easy watering.
Water abundantly once a week during the summer.
After 2 months from planting, they will begin to ripen. The taste of homegrown organic tomatoes is indescribable!!!

      @@AzarAzoshthe reason is that
if we water the plant while the sun is high
it can cause a mini magnifying glass that can burn the leaves
but with rain it's not a problem
and the water pattern of watering can/hose is different than natural rain drop (except if hose have rain option)
but also rain can be destructive if it happens oftenly since moist and heat are the breeding grounds of fungus
      so avoid watering tomato leaves

Tomatoes are more fragile than other vegetables, they are often attacked by diseases, especially if it rains very often. That's why it's good to have enough space between them, and the lower part with leaves removed to have more ventilation. You can try spraying them with chamomile tea or a solution of baking soda and a little natural soap. These home remedies work against rot and infections.

Tomato’s are literally like the beginners garden plant. Get a large pot put soul and some vegetable miracle grow in there and give it like half shade half sun during the day. Adjust that ratio depending on how hot your area is. The do will with lots of water. I promise they are the easiest plant. I set them and forget them. They work just as well in the ground. They are a vine plant so give them something to climb on. Every part of the stem can make roots. When you transplant seedlings you can bury the stem deeper and it will make more roots. And y’all don’t need to cut off branches. It’s such a myth that you get more if you take suckers off. Those suckers will grow more fruit.

I have a green thumb for other plants. I'm very successful with citrus. Either from seeds or cuttings. Wackytobacy is easy to grow from seed. I finally have a good grow of lemon grass.

@@Gokywildcats11 I still haven't found any good seeds.
I live in NorCal. This year when tomato growers first put small plants in the ground, I'm going to dig up a few and bring them home.
In the past, I have used seeds from those industrial roma tomatoes and never got anything from them.
This year I'm digging up some plants. If they don't grow I'm done.
      I'm tired of trying.
      I just don't get it.

Tomatoes aren't easy at all, there are many desieses that screw them over and its of course easy when you only have a small garden and its not your income.

Seriously? We have so much words we've carefully crafted over hundreds of years, there's one for every single thing or feeling and you're too illiterate to find one that can describe it??????

I think next summer I'll make a video on how growing tomatoes sucks.
