When I was house hunting in Salem, MA, the realtor brought me into a house where the college students living there clearly had a huge party the night before. Besides beer cans and pizza boxes, the couch had someone passed out on it, and I couldn't go into the bathroom as someone was showering. The realtor and I were peering into the bedrooms, but had to whisper as they had sleeping (and hungover) students crashed out in them. Yeah, a big "Nope" from me!
He seems to be the one that's done any of the reno work on the house. They're both immature, and the wife is obviously lazy. Bet the neighbor's were happy when these people moved.
These comments are too harsh, they're young! No one has an immaculate house at that age, especially if your focus is on having fun and travelling. I'd love to know whereabouts in Swindon this was, because it looked nicer than most of the bits I've seen.

1.5% commission in the U.K. in 2007. In USA 2024 commission is typically 6%.
