so re: the realism of having colored hair. my niece is seven and has a bunch of different colored streaks in her hair 'cause whenever her mom bleaches her hair she lets my niece get a new blonde streak, and every so often they make some diy temporary hair dye so she's got a lil mini rainbow on top of her head. so it definitely is possible for a kid to have colored hair if they also have a cool parent, but it might be against school dress code which was the case in my school district up until high school (i don't know how old your characters are meant to be)
My gair has always been super platinum naturally, but at 14 i ruined it with black hair dye when i wanted half black half red hair. But i have been dying my hair since i was 11 so it is very possible

Background story: in these crazy times the gang picks up grocery's for old and sick people and leaves them at their door. Being on wheels makes them perfect to drive back and forth and help out

But making it match would be a little difficult... Your choice, though! *LE GASP* OH MY GOD YOU COULD EVEN MAKE A TEAM THAT'S SORT OF... THEIR RIVAL! Than the square idea would work! They can also be versing girls or boys. Maybe they could have some different gear.. Like uh... Ice skating, bike riding.. And something else! Hope ya notice this idea! :D

I was in a real hard depression, but one day your art gave me a reason to live. I realized that i want to live to create beautiful things like you do. When skateboarding coming from a skateboarder myself, you would want something covering ur shins like high tops with thick socks so when ever u kick you board up or do a trick it one hurt as much. Maybe u could keep that in mind when doing her shoes, but this turned out really mice 👌
I feel like it'd be cute to design "foils" for each of the girls. Someone who contrasts with them (usually in design and personality both) to highlight things about their personalities. I find that's really helpful for me when trying to give characters a story. This can mean designing a boy for some, or even a girl whose personality highlights different things. Maybe another girl skateboarder like Dex who is hyper-girly to contrast with Dex's more gender-neutral or even tomboyish design (depending on how you look at it). They can be sort of a rival skating gang of sorts that act in opposition to our little gaggle of cuties. A common foil for younger characters are bullies, so maybe another group that tends to bully our gaggle? I don't know, just throwing it out there lol

First off, i really love Dex's new look! Its almost like watching her grow older and change her styles with age, you know? Secondly, not gonna lie, I love that Pikachu pencil but I would never dream of replacing my Sakura 0.7 manga artist kit mechanical pencil. I've used it for close to 6 years, and oddly enough, every single time the eraser plug has fallen out, the little thing has ALWAYS made its way back to me. I found it in the driveway once, and I was sitting there thinking "you MUST be permenantly bound to me or something, I managed to find you out of ALL the gravel in the driveway and your smaller than a dime"
I love the fact that I started watching a video about character design (something I love) started turning a video about drawing dogs (something I love even more)
I know this is a crazy idea, but you should make your own like TV show or YT show, where it’s animated and uses the all the amazing characters that you draw, to make little animations, and it could be like a proper show and all that! I know it sounds CRAZY, but, I would absolutely love to watch a show with all the pictures and animations drawn by you! Just an idea, if it happened I would FREAK OUT, because it would be FABULOUS!! I instantly love these characters! Also, as far as dyed hair goes, my parents were pretty lenient with my self expression from a young age, so I had purple hair and funky clothes as a kid. Dex seems like someone I would've been friends with in school.

When he left for college he gave her his lucky hoodie that always kept him safe from breaking his bones, lol.

I was in a real hard depression, but one day your art gave me a reason to live. I realized that i want to live to create beautiful things like you do.

You should make Dex, Wheelz, and Skoot into a Webtoon where they save their town or something, it would be so cool and I would def read it!!!

When skateboarding coming from a skateboarder myself, you would want something covering ur shins like high tops with thick socks so when ever u kick you board up or do a trick it one hurt as much. Maybe u could keep that in mind when doing her shoes, but this turned out really mice 👌

As soon as I heard Rin say '2 other buddies' I knew it was Wheels, Scoot and Dex. I love these characters SO much :D

I feel like it'd be cute to design "foils" for each of the girls. Someone who contrasts with them (usually in design and personality both) to highlight things about their personalities. I find that's really helpful for me when trying to give characters a story. This can mean designing a boy for some, or even a girl whose personality highlights different things. Maybe another girl skateboarder like Dex who is hyper-girly to contrast with Dex's more gender-neutral or even tomboyish design (depending on how you look at it). They can be sort of a rival skating gang of sorts that act in opposition to our little gaggle of cuties. A common foil for younger characters are bullies, so maybe another group that tends to bully our gaggle? I don't know, just throwing it out there lol

First off, i really love Dex's new look! Its almost like watching her grow older and change her styles with age, you know? Secondly, not gonna lie, I love that Pikachu pencil but I would never dream of replacing my Sakura 0.7 manga artist kit mechanical pencil. I've used it for close to 6 years, and oddly enough, every single time the eraser plug has fallen out, the little thing has ALWAYS made its way back to me. I found it in the driveway once, and I was sitting there thinking "you MUST be permenantly bound to me or something, I managed to find you out of ALL the gravel in the driveway and your smaller than a dime"

I love the fact that I started watching a video about character design (something I love) started turning a video about drawing dogs (something I love even more)
I know this is a crazy idea, but you should make your own like TV show or YT show, where it’s animated and uses the all the amazing characters that you draw, to make little animations, and it could be like a proper show and all that! I know it sounds CRAZY, but, I would absolutely love to watch a show with all the pictures and animations drawn by you!
Just an idea, if it happened I would FREAK OUT, because it would be FABULOUS!!

Im not sure how old they're supposed to be, but the first round Dex looks about 14 or 15, and the second round looks about 11, and I think that's about right.
Maybe you could give Skid a squeaky toy thats either Turquoise or Yellow. Hes so cute💖

Ok in like a story setting they should have a friend/mother figure that's an old lady and when she was younger she was a professional roller skater or bike racer or something extreme and one time she had to go do something heroic and she goes out on her little old lady thing like a badass ( sorry for the language)

I instantly love these characters! Also, as far as dyed hair goes, my parents were pretty lenient with my self expression from a young age, so I had purple hair and funky clothes as a kid. Dex seems like someone I would've been friends with in school.
