Carrie, I'm dealing with a life threatening illness called: Hereditary Hemochromatosis, iron overload. My liver is under attack, enlarged and covered with cysts. Benign today but Dr says if i don't get my Ferritin

This really looks good and easy to make. I think I will fill one tray of ice cubes and one tray of coconut cubes the night before, put 3 peeled bananas in the freezer the night before, and then only the oranges to do in the morning. Nice and easy. Thank you :)

I always thought being diabetic you could not eat oranges and I googled it on MD website and yes I can have them they are very low on sugar same as most fruits this looks sooooo good gotta make it ...... My own recipe: ORANGE DRAMA
1/4(quarter) or a few teaspoons of lemon, depending on preference to how sour over sweet you like it, but worthy of adding nonetheless
2/3 strawberries
5 blueberries
1 big juicy orange pepper
Half or full glass of water
This makes one glass so ration how you please, it's full of tasty goodness. I checked and I'm now the first orange drama to lose her smoothie virginity, proud owner of this recipe.

Yes, you can use avocado chunks! Or whatever healthy fat you like. Hemp seeds would be great too.

Does it work for weight loss?
Not sure.
Fiber filled foods help your digestive system clean things out. Not necessarily with weight loss, but it’s extremely good to have in your diet!
For weight loss, instead of smoothies, try removing carbohydrates from your diet as much as you can!

Unless you buy Organic oranges you will get a lot of pesticides
