he is a defender and suppose to counter meta runners and from what im seeing, he doesn't counter any of the current meta runners, he can't stop blueno from backcapping, shanks will heal from him, lucci in attacker form will destroy him, maybe even egghead zoro will be able to counter him because he nulifies immobilizing status effects. it's not looking too good for this guy tbh.
