Nice home. I’d change a few things but it’s nice. I’d prefer swap areas kitchen & dining. I’d prefer my kitchen hidden a little. Not completely but just enough!!
I like closets
No it’s not ok that the window above the kitchen sink that window needs to open and that coat hook deal at the front door should be a proper closet because what you have now is shabby and the kitchen cabinets need to go all the way to the ceiling because that tiny little space above the cabinets is just going to collect a ton of dust and is not big enough to display anything it all comes down to personal taste I’m sure it’s a nice home when finished with the right appointments suited for the individual buyer
Cabinets not going all the way up is for fire safety. Most want a gap so fire won't "climb". We all know a home that catches it totalled no matter how small the damage, but that's why so many leave the gap.
Any idea of delivery and set up cost w/in 100 miles?
