great design, HP! Some models with 4core i5 have only one heat pipe (can't handle 50w power limit, immediate throttling), which seems can be easily replaced with 2 heat pipes heatsink.
1:15 What is that slot above the SSD? Isn't that another m.2? Looks like a B-key slot and even though it might only be PCIe x2 slot, it's still fast enough for an SSD, and there are B-key short form SSDs.
Hello there , i need some help with my hp 855 g7 and i would like to know your opinion. I bought it with 1tb ssd and becouse of lack storage i want upgrade it to 2Tb. On official datasheet says on storage up to 1tb. That is confusing because did they mean up to 1tb from hp or generaly up to 1tb? So here my question can i upgrade my hp elitebook 855 g7 on 2tb ssd . Yes you can upgrade it. Up to 1tb is the configuration you can order from HP.
