    Clear and concise tutorial. The very same form applications I use on all my Sites. Been a subscriber of Jotform for years due to extensive integrations and functions - really extends capability of Google Sites. Look forward to more video on the subject.

      @@Simpletivity I use it for payment gateway, office workflow and approvals, generally using the auto-responder / full email notifications, leveraging conditional logic to direct inquiries and data to specific administrators. For my Google Sites intranet designing it is a strong tool. Happy to share and contribute anything I can. Love supporting content creators. =)

    Where are you collecting the data on the back side of jotform?

    • @Simpletivity

      Great question, Bill. You can either access the data within your Jotform account OR integrate it with almost any other tool you'd like: www.jotform.com/integrations/

    Thanks for the lesson! 👍👍My forms take up too much room on the home page (simple HOA website.) I find it easier to insert a link to the form or place it on a separate webpage away from the home page with a tab on the home page.

      Hi John, thanks for sharing your experience. Yes, having a link to the form or creating another page for it can be a great way to get around this issue.

    Great alternative to Google Forms, but
    Can we review later the form results in Google data studio?

    • @Simpletivity
      @Simpletivity  Год назад

      Hmmm, it doesn't look like it has a direct integration. But there are several tools/websites listed that would provide such a connection.

      @@Simpletivity I see
      Do you know any tool for making forms, where customers have to answer numerical questions (from 1 to 5) and at the end they get a grade. Maybe making a quiz?
      And then, every half a year they come back to the form, get a different grade and it is compared (directly, recognizing the customer by email) with the previous results?

      You may actually be able to do this with Jotform. At it's core, it is a powerful database and therefore should be able to handle this type of request. Feel free to reach out to their support team (very helpful).
