- April 21, 1997. Part 2. Emily collapses and her heart stops. Jason arrives and performs CPR before the paramedics rush her to GH. Alan and Monica continue to argue about AJ while at the hospital. Alan pops some pills. Unaware of what's going on at home, Alan and Monica leave the hospital.
By the way, just look at that scene. All those men around Emily. Wow.

I miss these old GH scenes! Not the same anymore! I am 34 and been watching GH since I was 5 give or take, my mother watched it everyday!
poor lila. that must be so horrible to just sit there and not be able to do anything.

He did indeed get the Emmy for his drug addiction storyline. I posted his last month of drugs (Dec 98) a while ago. It's almost impossible to post the entire storyline since his drug addiction starts after his hand surgery (Oct 96 and ends in Dec 98). It stretched on for 2 years and it's a credit to the writing staff to have stuck with it for so long. Little scenes like this one were inserted throughout the year leading up to the really obvious addiction scenes.

I never could stand the character of Emily BUT, I always thought that actress was EXCELLENT. Very great young talent.
I’ve always hated. How he judged Aj when he was an addict his damn self
I miss the butler (what's is name?) being on the show. He was so awesome. And I'm so glad that Jason remembered some of his medical training.

In 2007 on Night shift Jason would perform a flawless C-section with a buterfly knife while traped in a elevator.
I've posted one or two clips I think. I may have more. I'll have to look around. I actually liked Jason before he had his accident. He was such a likable character.

Thanks Pxl-- I'm gonna go look for those clips now. Did you by chance post the episode where the whole Q family goes looking for Alan in the bad part of town? That was one of my favorite episodes of GH. A total laugh riot.
I loved the humor that was there back then. The Nurses' Balls, the Lucy/Kevin/Felicia/Mac double wedding (you should post that storyline if you ever have the time!), ah...the good ol' days.

Alan's druggie days were great (Did he get an Emmy for it?). I hope we get to see that storyline.

No, I don't have that clip. You're talking about when they go look for him and they find Tammy instead because Alan's on the balcony hiding? (And Lila, in the car, sees Alan). Somebody else has posted that I think.

Probably about the same time they started mothballing all the vets. I believe he disappeared about the time Alexis was trying to get custody of Kristina from Ned and ended up cross-dressing as the Quartermaine's new butler.

I know it's hard to follow because of the way I named these clips...but if you just go to my vids and look at them chronologically, you can follow the storyline.
Ugh. I hate how Ned and Jax saved her and of course St. Jasus has to some in and eclipse everyone with his heroics. Jason Morgan is such a propped character. I can't stand him.
So all three of them are responsible for saving her but you only focus on Jason’s involvement
