First two are definitely valid the last one is questionable
none of those are effective
@@JohnnyW78 first one is for shoulders and a little bit of biseps and second is for serratus anterior(shark gills) and third is for holding yourself for planche pushups
@@phpsahowala the first one is for nothing than burning kcals since he is not holding the right activations during the entire movement.
the second is as I sad useful for those who can't even hold a tuck planche properly maybe and 100% useless for those stronger
third is a fucking joke
I'm working on the planche since some years and started to progress when I stopped to do non sense exercices like that, I used to do workout for it like this plus other thing and never get progress because they are actually useless; if you achieve planche you can be sure it was not thank to those kind of exercices. I'm now progressing by training with only 1 isometric holds on monday and another one 3 days after, directly, just because I'm doing it with a logic.
Just do pseudo push up and tackle

@@MikhailTunikov я за два месяца фул самалет и планш делал. Потом почти год не занимался. Вот сеичас 1 июля начал заново учит статику. Сейчас планирую конец четвертого месяца фул самалёт и планш делать но ещё качественные в тот раз тоже был качества. Мне интересно как люди занимаются,травмы если ты в статике прям горишь можем в вк поговорить и я покажу всё документально

This thing is crazy, I can do many push-ups but this is super hard for me
If you are talking about the first exercise those are not normal push ups. Push-ups rely more on chest while planche is mostly shoulders so little carry-over. It's a prerequisite anyone who can do a planche can do push-ups but being able to do a lot of push-ups helps very little with planche

Military press/overhead press and dips are going to help give you the actual amount of strength to do this doing the forms alone will get you nowhere fast

Neither core or arm strength helps. Planche is a shoulder exercise. Maybe building straight arm strength is a yes because your joints take a beating during any planche progression hold

Nah you have to protract your scapula, doesn't matter your gender.
You can do scapula push ups to get scapula mastery. You might say why, so I've the answer you need to protract your scapula to keep the your body straight when doing planche. Hope this helps
I'm 100% sure that if I will do those exercises I wont progress at all
Overhead press/military press and dips will give you the proper strength to actually do this doing the form alone will get you nowhere fast.
@@jtspartan5628 over head press just put muscles where you need to do planche but to do it, you have just to do it. I mean, if you want to do planche you have to do planche that's it. I used to do a workout like that and never progressing and now I'm progressing doing just 2 exercises per week that are isometric holds
@@jtspartan5628 btw compound exercises can help but if performed with sense. If you don't have the same activation it will be just a kcals burner, like the "top 3" showed in this video
if done correctly (unlike the first exercise) then they're actually extremely useful and some of the best u can do to learn planche
planche leans, tuck planche, tuck/straddle planche pumps, pseudo planche push ups, scapula push ups, and planche lean holds are all most of the best exercises to learn planche but only if done correctly

You are in fact in cyphose with your dorsale and that’s really dangerous cause you’re engaging the wrong parts of your body to maintain a protracted position

just my opinion but nowadays even full planche is beginner level, so you should at least do 2 full planche presses and push ups (which is very hard) to be counted as strong and impressive

no the first exercise is full rotator cuff and deltoid training, traps, triceps, back delts, biceps, etc. and core, lower and upper back, for all muscles what involved stabilizing, and scapula mobilization and strenght, all 17+ muscles has to be same strong and warmed up, and after this you can do progressions and get 10x stronger than otherwise

@@sillas2819 years of training, you dont even know whats hard training, 2 finger bruce lee pushups were easy for me in the beggining at 50kg, and i dont even cared if i killed myself on a workout, i got 20kg muscle in 2 years and 10 kg on the another from bone collection ektomorf 0 after strting training at 21, 22 pullups and i didnt even train it before, at the middle of job
@@sillas2819 do 15 proper pullups, 3 sets in 3 minutes with proper retraction if you can, you wont

Sry but all those are trash, you need intensity you just cant get further with doung push ups stuff bro, thats so far from intensity, doung a bit of scapula protracrion will so shit. I know it from experimece you can do 1000 of push ups like this, try holding intensity of around 5-10seconds
