Bloody good video man educational instructive and doesn't drag on for 15mins Short Sharp and Shiny. I just wanted to know what's inside the electric box on one of these skis and you just showed me everything. Do you know how to test the cdi in one of these and what it should read coz one just popped up for cheap near me (iam downunder in south Australia) an it's the thing that would stop me from buying the ski because a new ones worth more than the whole ski I'll be testing and checking everything over before I buy it. Even if I don't hear back from ya in time to score the ski keep the vids coming man . Cheers
Sorry I don't know how to test the cdi with a voltmeter. I recommend joining a group on Facebook and you can get answers a lot quicker. A lot of tge groups have 5,000 members or more so you can find help or even parts from members in your area.
Great video! I was doing your test and found that I’m only getting 2 volts from the on off switch wire (yellow and red) to the starter relay with the voltmeter positive connected to the the side connecting to the relay and the negative to the battery. What would be my next step?
I would open up the start switch and clean the contacts. Be careful there are some small parts inside. I'm assuming it's a fully charged healthy battery.
I don't know how to translate a video. I recommend joining the Kawasaki 750 sitdown Jet Ski group so you can post questions there and Facebook will translate it. I'm an admin there and created the group.

If I jump the starter relay will it ruin it ? start stop switch is not working .
It won't ruin it. I only do it occasionally to test it sometimes.
