Were there longterm effects of this kind of work? It seems dangerous, with that kind of airmixture for a week!!
There can be, depending on a man's physical and mental attributes. That was one big reason I wasn't interested in sat diving, and preferred to stay with inshore and deep air work; heard some stories of what occasionally comes about after years in sat work. The wages aren't so high for no reason!
