I think the things on the side of the screen at 0:000:16 is the front theme ISE, look at how it looks like its made out of cardboard. and there is places where a animatronics would stand

The servo motion on both Victor and Victoria props makes me wish that SVI did the Jack and Sally props back then, and not Gemmy.
