Materials
For the dough;
1 packet of instant yeast (10 grams)
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar (10 grams)
1.5 cups of warm water (300 ml)
1.5 cups of warm milk (300 ml)
1 egg white
2 teaspoons of salt (8 grams)
7 cups of flour (840 grams)
For the inner filling;
Half a tea glass of oil (50 ml)
1 onion
1.5 tablespoons of tomato paste
2 teaspoons of chili pepper
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Half a teaspoon of cumin
2 teaspoons of salt
5 - 6 boiled and mashed medium sized potatoes
To apply to intermediate cards;
100 grams of butter
Half a tea glass of oil (50 ml)
To put it on;
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon of milk
