1 package dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 egg
1 glass of water
1 glass of milk
5-6 glasses of flour
For the filling;
3 medium potatoes
1 large onion
Half a tea glass of oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
Half a teaspoon of cumin
2 teaspoons of chili pepper
To spread between;
100 gr melted butter
For the top;
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon of milk
