Props to your camera guy for taking video from the remnants of the tower. We were there in 2019 before the tower fell and our videographer took shots from there but said the whole structure was nasty and covered in seagull poop and other nasty-smelling stuff. But it gives you a much more realistic perspective on what CB is actually like. It always looks so perfect from the channel, but it's a very technical wave and the wave at 6:40 demonstrates one of the biggest factors at CB. If you catch one of the first waves of the set, or a tweener, there's probably a bigger and wider one coming in right behind you. Even if you make the barrel and kick out at Shishkabobs, as soon as you kick out you are scratching for your life to not take the next one on the head. If you don't make it and get stuffed on your wave, you will get annihilated by the rest of the set.

I have always liked being near the beaches. >>> Salt is what you need what you are exercising of course but, so is drinking PLENTY of WAH-WAH (Water!). The moment you think that you are thirsty is when you are ... wait for it ... dehydrated! No lie. Water should outweigh salt in terms of what you ingest and drink. Always.
Next time you fellows stumble across a Latin coffee shop. Order a large Cafe Con leche, and a colada with sugar. Drink enough of the Cafe Con leche to get your palate going and wet your whistle, then mix in the colada with sugar. You will be inclined to drink it all ,it is delicioso. That concoction will make your planet's twirl. Promise.
I think foiling is dangerous, I dont understand the point of doing it, I think it looks very goofy and I want foilers to please stay away from me... however to each their own (just stay away from surfers) and another fun beautiful surfing from Koa
