6:30 was nuts. Sometimes,here in FL,I look at these waves and I think at least on the smaller sets,I could probably paddle into that and at least make the drop and the stall,and if nothing else get done in on the 2nd section. Then I realize I'm looking at it on my phone at work,and it looks way bigger than I could handle, and how insanely big the waves must look from the water.
I reckon I would get humbled real quick. Nonetheless, Fiji 🇫🇯 is the one place I would go if i was given the chance to surf it.

@@wcc1212 I’m 43 and have been surfing in NC my whole life. I’m not a shredder AT ALL but I LOVE surfing and have for decades. I have never been barreled and I wish I could SO bad. The surf in NC is so different even from the west coast, never mind Fiji or Pipeline, and tbh the idea of surfing pipe scares the living shit outta me. But DAMN do I wish I could. These younger surfers shred so fucking hard.

I dont know much about cloudbreak and ive certainly never been. but from what ive seen, it can look the same at 8ft vs 20 ft (obviously just way heavier/ bigger). Is that accurate?

Just hafta say there culture is beautiful because they defend it and their traditions that’s the only way it lives on-unfortunately we have our own beautiful traditions and culture..history, right here in America that we aren’t defending or paying attention to and it’s being destroyed more and more everyday! It’s time to start defending and preserving our traditions, cultures and history at home or we won’t have one much longer! We must realize this before it’s to late
