When I saw this scene, I just kept seeing the "PSYCHO" Phyllis from the early '90s here. When she was saying the names Nick, Lauren and Micheal, it was pretty much Danny, Crickette and Paul all over again, 10 years later.
MS can play evil phyliss and psycho phyliss well. But her trying to play Sheila was a no for me. It looked like MS was trying to hard to be like Sheila and sound convincing.

Phyllis is vindictive & also capable of murder but Sheila is a step beyond in the lengths she will go to & much more creative with her plans for vengeance & she's somewhat of an escape artist. imo.😯
Actually...yes! Sheila Carter was actually in prison the entire time and when asked about this, it was made clear this was an imposter but it never actually went deep into who they were or why they were there. There was no mention of Sheila's children Daisy and Ryder though and last we knew...Daisy was in the psych ward with Sharon Newman and then she went missing and the person who checked her out was Sheila Carter which is impossible because Sheila was in prison at that time...not dead like Daisy and Ryder assumed which was why they came to town with Sheila's sister Sarah when she looked like Lauren Fenmore. Daisy also had the baby with Daniel, Phyllis's son so the door is open for them to make a return one day if we had decent writers that is.

Possibility someone Shelia brainwashed into thinking she was her to actually go after Lauren is the most logical explanation.
Absolutely! Sheila already convinced Sugar to take her own face, so she could easily repeat it with another crazy...like Sarah (played by Ellen Wheeler on B&B back to late 1995) and that was totally under Sheila's influence. + She had the perfect morphology to take Phyllis' face

I’m assuming it’s to complicating for Bradley bell to try and use history for Sheila’s character to further her storylines. And that’s probably why we are getting sad material in todays episode from Sheila on B&B.

So since we saw Sheila with her normal face today on B&B, this person who did plastic surgery wasn't Sheila at all apparently. That's the only way they can explain how she's back, alive, and looking normal.
I mean this is paying close attention to detail, but at the same time I can't imagine Sheila being the one to have surgery. It's annoying to think that her face would just suddenly be back to normal for B&B.
Preston Casey im speculated that it is sugar , sheilas old partner in crime n former prison guard who helped her escape from prison thats the only logical explanation i can think of they should go with that idea
If you watch the show, I think Ryder's mother and the woman Deacon works for is Sheila. It's going to get interesting to see how they make her look if I am right.
