Fantastic guide! One note: for palette gyms, you can throw down the palette and use that location as a checkpoint on the side you are standing. You can then vault the palette and run the longest side to bait the killer to move in that direction and return to the palette as a checkpoint. The killer will likely break the palette, but it does stall a bit longer.
A guide in this style on the main buildings would be awesome as well. Dead Dog Saloon has a pretty easy main building to loop but for other maps like Blood Lodge or Temple of Purgation the good lines may not be so easy to see

This video popped up randomly in my recommended and even though I already know all of this MAN Survivors these days just don’t know how to loop, but this is video was really good and survivors honestly needed to watch it. I really like how it’s visually shows survivors which direction to go. The amount of survivors that just throw down pallets, camp pallets, or don’t know how to chain loop is unbelievable.
Awesome video, thanks for making and sharing it. The Nancy/Trapper clips plus an infographic for each loop was really helpful to see together. I didn’t know the Yamaoka Arbor tile was guaranteed to have a pallet connected to it. But now I do! Lots of other good info too without being overwhelming or too technical. Gonna watch the flashlight saves video next!
This is the best guide out there. The info graphics. The actual game play. even telling you how to basically loop the structures. Amazing. No other dbd creator does this. They just spam emotes
I haven't been playing much dbd so I don't know how this video ended up on my recommended.. but this video was so incredibly well made I just kept watching anyway. Massive props and you explained things so well, and I would absolutely send this video to any friend that is interested in playing the game more.
5:25 with your infographic, i like to run double windows by hanging around the bottom of the J on the left. Then depending on where the killer pushes you, you vault (if left, vault the long window, if right, vault the L window) and look for where the killer goes, where ever they push you, go back to the bottom of the J. There is a major flaw with this, and that is telling whether or not the killer is committing left/right, so just hold VERY tight checkspots.
Even though I didn't learn anything new (I have been playing this game for way too long), this video is very good! I am sure you helped a lot of 5s chase people. Very informative and well illustrated. Hats off. Thanks for making and sharing!
I really loved the way you put this together. Shared your video in my Discort for Survivor 101 :) I love that you took the time to get a graphic up in the corner and even added motion arrows to indicate pathing as you verbally explain it. Very well done, Corcade! Consider me a new subscriber!
there are actually two more new Coldwind tiles. one of them resembled the old Autohaven Tetris Gyms on the PTB, but then they changed the window's placement and it's actually really strong now. the other is the actual alternate Coldwind Gym, which spawns the window further from the second shown in the video (which is actually a separate tile). Apart from that, really informative video!
Honestly one of the best loop guides I've ever seen. I tried jumping into a customs with a friend new to DBD and it really didn't go well so I'm gonna send them this video 😅 Great vid!
I love how you explained that there is a catch in each tile and included the killer mind-games and how to react accordingly by check spoting or playing 50-50. 2k hours survivor mostly and I'm pretty bad at being chased cause I panic a lot. 4 lane tiles are my worst 😂
There were a few new tiles added to Coldwind. Im so glad you included the one you did. But theres also the one with the haybale in the middle. The two variatioms you mention of the coldwind gyms are actually slightly different gyms all together rather than being variations of eachother. Its hard to explain all of the differences over comments. Sorry. But i really like this video. Its very well put together and doesba great job at showcasing each tile. Ill be sending this to someof my newer friends.
You should try walking during your checkspots. You rush between checkspots in your TL and long wall for example and you can miss doublebacks if you don’t walk across the window Ex: at 0:43 you miss the doubleback and have to rush to the next check spot and almost miss it, and as a result get less distance. Nice video
Where was this video when I needed it a long time ago? Pleasantly surprised someone makes an updated looping guide these days. The only other updated looping guides are created by Mr. Tator Head but it covers every little detail or each tile including main buildings-however those videos range from a few minutes to a couple hours long so it's not exactly beginner-friendly 😅
Fantastic video! Quick but not too frantic; perfect for pausing and coming back to. Packed full of info, great view for Survivors but also good tidbits for Killers despite the video not focusing on them as much. Keep making more videos; you're great! 🌈
I know there's a decent couple of different videos going over check spots specifically, but if you made a video with similar editing at 0:55 going over the check spots for every tile and how to use that information I think that would honestly be really amazing.
Great vid and great images which make it easy to follow. However some pallets you say are safe ( like the “i” filler are not safe as they can be blood lusted if the killer chooses to keep running around the short end after yoh vault forcing a 50/50 or the safer option to run around it like you said. But killers can eventually bloodlust 3 that pallet without breaking it. And the “sudo” filler pallets and the car loops are actually safe along with the Macmillan rock if you hold the checkspots/imaginary lines. The truck/syndicate car loops for example can’t be blood listed if the survivor just stands by the dropped pallet without holding shift meaning killer won’t get chase. And they can just fast vault it when the killer gets to the imaginary line. And since both sides are safe. They have to break it. But the “i” filler once dropped. The long side of it is very safe but the super small side obviously isn’t. And if the killer runs around it making you keep vaulting it. They will get chase and bloodlust since you can’t stand right next to the pallet due to the short side)
very good video, and we can tell u really put in effort bec of the graphics for all the tiles:) just wanted to say that u can play the 4 wall the same, no matter if the window is on the inside or not, u can still get a fast vault on the window even if its on the outside, it just takes some practice (gotta hug the inner wall and swing your surv into the window, just like on truck)
This video was amazing. I have a couple of friends that have just started the game and i feel like i dont explain looping very well. The way you describe it + the visual drawing representation will do amazing. Also, im a shack + T&L lover
8:21 Note: The killer can bypass one of the windows on Harvester by using a basic attack to cross from the ramp to the platform side. Effectively making Harvester a 2 way in for killers. When it's only a 1 way in front survivors. This has caught me off guard once before as survivor and survivors never seem to see it coming when I do it as a killer. It's fairly easy to pull off, so look out for that.
Its funny. A lot of these I just didn't know the name of. I think for me the longer part would be learning the names. Like for instance I'd heard of check spots and such and I guess I do that constantly, I just never really had words to express it. Like for me most of the loops I just kind of learned intuitively from playing so much. I think there is defo value in learning all the names and categories because you can make a much more informed decision to plot out where you are heading. I'm quite thankful for the infographics, as words alone nor a static image would have stuck in my head as well.
There's one specific filler pallet on Family Residence that I have been LOVING recently. Looped 3 Huntresses to the point of them leaving me, with one of them giving up, as well as a Slinger who eventually left me. It's easily my favorite tile these days, I run _straight_ there whenever I'm being chased on FR.
One skill I like to use at the jungle gym is flashlight them while they vault and vault it as they are blinded. Keep in mind that some killers will stand still and look down so use this opportunity to get some distance. Also, be careful at some of the pallet gyms as some killers will hide their red stain. They will sometimes continue to go in the same direction so do not be fooled by that and sometimes just risk running the same direction towards the pallet unless you can angle the camera to see what they are doing. Sometimes pre dropping pallets is a good idea so just fake your going to vault while running around it.
LOVE IT! Very simplified and easy to follow! Nicely done Cor! :D Hope to see more! Ps....we need another Kyto Experiment, love to see you more in action LOL
I really do like the video I think it's very good for starters or people who don't loop that much, but like I've grown up with Ayrun, JRM, N0ob3, Sweh and Crush so I adapted to their style mixing it all together with "unique pathing" and all that stuff and for me that works alot haha
@@psych9416 im actually editing that video right now! it should (hopefully) be up within the next week or two! (making maps of the main buildings is a LOT of work)
Small correction on pallet gyms. They are actually really safe if you pre drop the pallet as you can pre drop it and play off of terror radius and breathing. But I understand that this is very hard for beginners so not exactly great for a general guide. Very good guide overall though! Very good infographics too
Overall really good vid. The only critisizm I would give is that you could have explained secondary paths for tiles a bit better and you forgot the U wall (variant of Z wall). I would also love to see a guide for main buildings!

Yeah this is great, you definitely tried hard to be as clear as you could and it’s really in depth!
Lmao Look who it is
@@MadeInChina52 I’m famous 😃
Amazing video, it can be just my impression but lately its been hard to find good content about looping in dbd. Keep doing it, great video
This video was amazing. I have a couple of friends that have just started the game and i feel like i dont explain looping very well. The way you describe it + the visual drawing representation will do amazing. Also, im a shack + T&L lover
Fantastic video, thank you so much!
Best one of these I've ever seen. I have a friend who's new and I sent this to him. Thank you!

Note: The killer can bypass one of the windows on Harvester by using a basic attack to cross from the ramp to the platform side.
This has been the most helpful video for learning to loop in dead by daylight IMO
It's helped me get better quickly and my squad has noticed
🎉
Best guide ever in dbd history, thumps up!
golden video! info was great and it was really fun to watch keeping you engaged! 10/10
perfect timing, i’ve been wanting to master looping since i always get tunneled bc i am CHEEKS at survivor. Great vid ! 👍🏽
This video is amazing, I’ve been waiting on a guide for those weird new tiles for so long because they always confuse me.
Thanks, sent this to my friend who's a newer player and learned more myself.
love the mood of the video, i just knew it'd be good since the beginning
Amazing guide keep up the work
LOVE IT! Very simplified and easy to follow! Nicely done Cor! :D Hope to see more! Ps....we need another Kyto Experiment, love to see you more in action LOL
This is the best video and info graphics i have seen on this. Thank you.
Thank you for showing the loops with appropriate footage that is simple and clean with the infographs at the top. Thank you 🙂↕️💖
I really do like the video I think it's very good for starters or people who don't loop that much, but like I've grown up with Ayrun, JRM, N0ob3, Sweh and Crush so I adapted to their style mixing it all together with "unique pathing" and all that stuff and for me that works alot haha
Can you make a video on how to loop all the main buildings next?
That'd be interesting
Also you just earned a new subscriber
@@psych9416 im actually editing that video right now! it should (hopefully) be up within the next week or two! (making maps of the main buildings is a LOT of work)
I have 4k hours and still found this video helpful. For beginners? It’s the only guide you need. Well done.
Thanks for the video. I really been trying to get better at looping killers.
Wow, I think I've seen the best video on how to loop, thank you!
Naah, you cooked with this video, infographics are the BEST of it and I loved it
My brain grew 3 sizes, thanks!
😂
This is the best DBD video i have ever seen
BEST GUIDE EVER
Love the diagrams so much!
absolutely goated video, well explained, nice visuals and easy to follow and learn more from during gameplay! Thank you and good work :D
Excellent video!!! My windows are getting blocked after 3 vaults now... Double windows are definitely my fav! I do better at them than the others.
Small correction on pallet gyms. They are actually really safe if you pre drop the pallet as you can pre drop it and play off of terror radius and breathing. But I understand that this is very hard for beginners so not exactly great for a general guide. Very good guide overall though! Very good infographics too
wow thanks for the graphs and explanations. good job
its all fun and games until you hear that nurse scream
I keep watching this but it just wont go in my head. Man i actually gotta train dbd this game a sport now
Overall really good vid. The only critisizm I would give is that you could have explained secondary paths for tiles a bit better and you forgot the U wall (variant of Z wall). I would also love to see a guide for main buildings!
omg if this isn't the most adorable voice of all time. great tutorial i have no idea what i'm doing. i will be watching and donating now.
Love this video. Love the structure. Much love to you for making it!
