Improving Public Schools

Teach For Nepal Fellows bring innovative teaching technique and methods to schools that is encouraging students to work hard and learn better. Since Fellows began working in the schools the graduation rate of placement schools have improved dramatically. Their work is inspiring other teachers and parents. This video primarily documents the work of Teach For Nepal Fellows (2014) inside and outside of the classrooms. Fellows are not only teaching but also leading school and community through various projects they initiate in their placement villages.

Finland school outperform students all over the world. Nepal Schooling can also bring changes similar way for example improving the class size as per Number of Students. Larger Number of Students in classes might just bring unwanted noises for disturbance and distractions.
