Kind of breaks in 1.19.2(idk if its just me but i tried to wind it up like you did, it doesnt even start by itself and it has water leaks, flowing all pver the ground)

You can use infinite carpet glitch as fuel

True but I don’t use glitches in my builds that way schematics will work in all versions and won’t be deemed cheating on servers.
