Whether you like them or not electric bikes are the future. Guys hating on them are the same ones that said 4 strokes would never work for MX or SX. And their great grandpa was that guy that said automobiles would never replace horse and buggy. 😀 yeah there are still some issues to work out but the technology is just going to get better and better.

I personally think its just mainly people don’t want them in the same sport, it should have its own category, kinda like playing American football 🏈 with a soccer ball ⚽️ it just ain’t the same or it’s like when a man saying he’s a trans woman competes in female sports against women, it just don’t belong there as it’s not what it’s portraying to be. I bet you a 100 $ that if there was a ebike only race event hardly anyone would turn up

@ryanlongley5052 thats is a terrible comparison. One is played with your hands and one with your feet. Its still a dirt bike only thing that is different is the engine. Give it 10/15 years and electric dirt bike will be in sx an mx full time and they will be faster. Everyone who has rode one says the feel like a 125 how you can throw it about because the is no inertia as there is no moving parts. It is what it is you can not stop the future. I agree for now how there own championship but they are coming wether you like it or not

@@ryanlongley5052do 250 4 strokes belong racing 450s? Are you saying 250s are like trans as well then? What about 2 strokes, they don’t seem to “belong” either. Are 2 strokes like trans?

Stark future is the future. Combustion bikes are the past and future. There is room for both bikes in this sport! 👊✊

I’m constantly accused of being a hater. I don’t have the option of a second bike. So that sets the scenario of why I’ll never have one. I like to spend a lot of time riding while at the track, having the ability to fill up a fuel tank and continue riding is important to me. Many of the stark groupies suggest the technology is ever-changing. With an even more condescending tone, they question if I’ve ever heard of a battery swap. I wasn’t aware that doing battery swaps on a stark in order to continue riding while at the track was a thing. Maybe in the future. I’m very sure I would thoroughly enjoy riding one for the short time I could. I know I would love having both of my brakes on the handlebars, as I prefer the control of my mountain bike.

I rode a sand mx track on mine last week and got 1 hour ride time out of 85% battery . They are pretty damn good in that department . I was wrecked after an hour of Moto’s I would have only done one more session. And that would have been my day done anyway . I’ll take generator next time and top it up after one of my sessions and that will get me through a day . If your riding mx I woulnt be concerned about battery life at all

These things will change more and more peoples minds as they ride them . The riding experience is like nothing else . I would say better in every single aspect.

One day we will all agree that having 3 bikes in the garage is a must for maximum Moto fun/learning factor!

The thing about moto that kind of sucks some fun out of it is just the amount of crap you need to worry/deal with... fuel, oil, filters (and all other maintenance stuff) helmet, gloves, boots and so on and on and on. The electric bike cuts down on this list dramatically so it will be hard to say no to the convenience and that is just one side of it. In the UK the electric bikes are already making such a difference for the kids, there are so many more riding now. It's the future which I will be dragged onto maybe kicking and screaming a bit less everyday.

I personally just hate the fact they dont last that long. i wouldve bought one but its not versatile, you cant take it to ride in the woods its made for a hard 30 minute moto. if they can make it last maybe 2 hours i’ll consider getting one
