I, on the other hand, am in complete favor of MORE NC 17 content!!😛When I saw your title, the first thing to pop into my head was The Ohio Players!! I was about 10 when "Honey" came out, and for at least two years, I would gawk at that sleeve in every record department I wandered through--and I would wander through a lot. As I got older, sexy album covers belonged to one band, and that was Roxy Music. Literally, any album cover they produced could make the list. I've always been partial to the debut cover, "Atlantic Years", and "Siren"...but "Country Life" is an automatic choice--and a great record to boot! Another honorable mention should be Rod's "Blondes Have More Fun", which was very naughty to this adolescent, though pretty vanilla if you look at it now. But remember that vid for 'Da Ya Think'???? I would make space for "Live Licks", the uncensored version, not the US release, as well...and if the Stones didn't insist on being so campy with the 'Undercover' scratch 'n sniff, that would have been able to make the list too--especially with the black leather clad brunette that was featured in the promo work, rather than the retro-burlesque model on the actual cover. Either way, the Stones never play that kind of stuff straight. How about 'Slammin' Gladys'?????😆🤮
Some smashing covers there, I think that Sunburst Finish is the most artistic. The album Índia by Gal Costa has a very famous image, the first 2 albums by Flash (the Peter Banks band) are quite naughty and Phew! by Claudia Lennear (Jagger's muse for Brown Sugar) is a particular favourite of mine.
Heart - Dreamboat Annie was another cover that I couldn’t look away from. 👀 Enema of The State from Blink 182 had a very sexy gal on the cover as well. Fun topic and great list you came up with. 👍

I didn't know much about Nick Cave beyond his name and maybe a couple of songs, but I heard the story and thought 'That sounds sexy,' and wow, was it! It is sort of similar to the girl in the glass holding a burning guitar, except it is more natural, and I'm guessing a lot of men (and quite a few women) wouldn't mind her in their bedroom. Someone pointed me recently to Nick's 'The Boatman's Call' and I enjoyed that one a lot, even if it only has Nick's face on the front.
